Good delivery notification and optional delivery instructions and delivery was within times advised

I ordered 3 x radiators but on delivery found one with damage to a corner. I contacted the company straightaway by email and had a response within 10 minutes offering a substantial discount to keep it or a replacement radiator, which I chose. The new one arrived within days. I like to judge a company and how they deal with issues and this company couldn't have handled it better.

Good price, excellent delivery time and service

Website is intuitive to negotiate and purchasing a simple process. Phone and SIM card arrived next day, delivered on time and well packaged.

Ordering service was as good as ever, as was service at the store but the product (lambswool polishing bonnets) was poor quality and fell apart as soon as I started using it.

As always good products at good prices. Ordering system in simple and straight forward and delivery was as stated.

Online purchase was simple and straight forward and then activation key was sent immediately. Once you have the initial key you have to call a number to get the second part but the number appeared to be not recognised, however I then used the online chat facility and it was all sorted in a few minutes. Programme works as it should and was very competitively priced.

First rate service, pricing and delivery

I can't fault my experience with FFX - product was a competitive price and delivered exactly as advised. I wouldn't hesitate in buying products from them again or singing their praises to friends and family.

As with other reviewers I have been waiting nearly 2 months for engineer to call and install Sky tv package. In the 2 occasions the engineer was booked they failed to turn up and failed to notify me. Now I've been billed for 2 months service that I don't have. Call centre staff are friendly but can offer no help whatsoever. Appalling service from such a large company in this day and age.

Contacted support desk by email with a query over my 15 month old dashcam expecting the usual several day wait for a reply. However, within an hour or so I was contacted with a solution followed up by several emails checking on how the solution had gone. Brilliant service, can't fault it.

Good range of products at very competitive cost. Goods delivered 2 days early and in perfect condition. Wouldn't hesitate to use Socke5 Store again.
