I ordered 3 x radiators but on delivery found one with damage to a corner. I contacted the company straightaway by email and had a response within 10 minutes offering a substantial discount to keep it or a replacement radiator, which I chose. The new one arrived within days. I like to judge a company and how they deal with issues and this company couldn't have handled it better.
