I should have sent the first x 3 jumpers back but missed the return date! Re ordered size lower x 3 and still far too big. Did return and refund was quick !

The item was perfect in terms of price and what we needed.
However. We only went small as you deliver only to front door - this will stop us ordering a sideboard for example. In fact went to furniture village as they deliver to all rooms!

However, we do offer the flexibility to upgrade to a room-of-choice delivery for a small additional charge should this be more convenient for you.
For larger and heavier items, such as a wardrobe, our system automatically assigns them to a room-of-choice delivery, as this ensures safe and efficient handling. First time with Jet2 due to connection with Stansted. Efficient check in UK. Transfer prompt on arrival. On leaving Malta a little disappointed as I was struggling with an injury having to use a stick. Even though your reps were guiding one to the departure gate I was directed to a very large queue which was moving very slowly! I did feel I could have been fast tracked - however, I did not say anything! I feel some initiative may have been used at this point! However. A great holiday and I will fly Jet holidays again.
