On leaving Malta a little disappointed as I was struggling with an injury having to use a stick. Even though your reps were guiding one to the departure gate I was directed to a very large queue which was moving very slowly! I did feel I could have been fast tracked - however, I did not say anything! I feel some initiative may have been used at this point! However. A great holiday and I will fly Jet holidays again.
