Fantastic service, ordered over weekend, they delivered on the Tuesday. Throughout the process I was updated when it would be delivered by mail ans sms.

Warranty is void as soon as you remove it from the bax

What a terrible service, their fold 3 screens are notorious for de-laminating thus leaving a black line eventually resulting in the whole screen going black. This happened after a year so I phoned up Samsung who were very helpful and the phone went off for a repair the next day. This seems little more than a bate and switch and within a few hours of the phone arriving I got an email saying that due to a light cosmetic scratch on the front, the phone was out of warranty and would cost £700 to be fixed. It doesn't take a degree in electronic engineering to realize a light scratch caused by a key or similar in the same pocket isn't going to cause the inner screen to de-laminate and fail... Needless to say this was a scam which I'm guessing got Samsung out of a small bill and the phone owner into a massive one.

Once again a great l

Once again a great l, simple transaction! They had the item I wanted in stock and were the cheapest I could find. Delivery in UK was handled by excellent firm who bought it in and took away rubbish.
Hopefully I'm done with buying white appliances for a few years but if something does breaks, I'll be back to order from them again!

I loved Neff BUT DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM UNTIL THEY SORT THEIR SUPPLY CHAIN!

I loved Neff and have a kitchen almost full of their appliances. I say almost as I'm missing an oven I ordered close to 12 months ago from one of their official resale partners and their is still no word on when it will arrive. In fact the director in charge of department of the store called me in person to apologies and explain despite this going up to their UK director level, Neff just aren't responding or giving them any indication when the oven may be delivered.
When you talk to their customer services, they quickly hide behind "We can't discuss orders", "their are longer than normal delays" and even tried to blame Ukraine conflict... Their is little consistency in their excuse except to tow the company line "the fact your oven which should have arrived in March but still isn't here, it is absolutely not their fault!"

It should also be noted,despite the fact they haven't delivered my (or thousands of other customers ovens judging by complaints on internet) they are still more than happy to take new orders for ovens! Any decent company would stop taking new orders until they resolved the problem. After 11 months the lame apology wrapped.in a "its not our fault" just dosent cut it.

Great product and service

I'm very impressed with the service offered. I had a difficult window to shutter, 5 windows making a circle but their measuring tool made it easy and after ordering you get a call from the office who told me their on their wouldn't be best and helped confirm measurements.
I went for the MDF/Faux wood as that was 2 weeks vs 12. it was more expensive for a lesser product but time was the vital thing and they turned up about a week after finalising the order and took about 4 hours to put up!
It was really easy but make sure you take out the bits which hide the screws as it's a nightmare to get them out once you have put it together!

Smooth transition

Smooth transition, ordered for F&B paint online as it was on sale, they have closed down the 2 homebases in the area so picked delivery. pain turned up a few days later. even got an extra 5% off as 1st order!

Good price, good service

If you're in the market for high end bathroom taps... you will have come across superbath as they are for 90% of products I needed the cheapest and so I took the plunge and ordered all the Axor products from them.
I was initially worried after reading some reviews and after 3 weeks nothing turned up but about 4 weeks (about 1 week later than estimated) I got a shipping email and a few days later everything turned up as expected. I ordered the large items(bath) from local store for slightly more but they will store it until fitters turn up.
In short, great price, resonable service and yes, they missed the estimated delivery times but so did everyone else I ordered from so I think thats a supplier global issue.
Will be back whe do next bathroom.

Good product but total rip off in uk

I bought the i7 vacuum robot and it was amazing so figures I'd buy the m6 mop to go with it. The M6 is a resonable product but no where near as good as its hyped to be.
My bigest issue is they seem to be taking the UK and Europe for fools! I though it bizarre I couldn't access the US version of the site which has a load of reviews. A friend with a vpn showed me and then it became obvious why. A robot sold for £700 in UK retails for just over £300 their!!!!
So to summarise, good product, not great but buy from an importer who will sell you a us model for about 400!!!

fantastic service

Really well run company, phoned up to check stock and they had one so ordered immediately. It turned up following Wednesday, delivery driver was really great and helpful.
price wise, very good despite the fact they had in stock a dishwasher everywhere else you had to wait 13 weeks it was amongst the cheapest place I found.

I think they are a scam

I think they are a scam! I ordered a chainsaw which was in fairness the cheapest I could find. After 2 weeks they gave me tracking details of a order which went to Scotland! They keep assuring me despite the fact several delivery attempts failed (600miles noth of me) everything was on OK and on track and just wait... ended up claiming from CC as they stopped communicating

very professional operation

As you will know getting hold of higher end N90 Neff products is near impossible at the moment with lots of places selling them but then the email comes telling you it's going to be 8-12weekd, not the Donaghy bros! Their site was clear what they had in stock and within hours of ordering it I had a call to confirm it would be sent by pallet line on the given date. Great, professional operation and very good prices.

Free wall hanging....if you can wait a month or two...

Curry differentiated themselves from the crowd not by price (everyone was £1399) but they offered free wall mounting. While this isn't difficult, it's a big TV so was worth it. They organised for the TV to be mounted 2 weeks later which wasn't great but "it's a busy time of the year" I waited in on the day until 6 and no one showed, I phoned up and was told the engineer hadn't made it to me, its "a busy time of the year" and the company they outsourced it to simply didnt have the capacity. No apology from them or even offer to reschedule, they suggested I call back after Xmas when they may have some slots or call currys...
I called currys and got through to someone who sounded like they were on the shop floor (terrible connection with lots of backgrounde noise) who after 20 mins told me to call a number (the number I had got through to him on) as "they will be able to sort it out"
At this point I gave up, YouTubed it and hung the thing myself in less than 30 minutes...

Great service

Great service, very quick delivery. the oak we wanted was due in late December, they were totally honest and didn't try to sell a early delivery dream like some others. Even better the sales guys in Croydon kept an eye on the status and called early November to say the wood had just arrived early and they could secured me a load for delivery a few days later! turned up as promised amd looks great.

This is a great find

This is a great find! I've always bought off screwfix and simular and been very pleased but they didn't have the item I wanted and Google introduced me to CEF who did. The Wimbledon center is really well.run with a great collection of items and Wera products were a good 10% cheaper than my regular supplier so I'll be back for more stuff.

Great when it worked

I loved Deliveroo and use to order from them several times a week. I took out their £6.99 for free delivery subscription and all was good for their first year. Then I guess they realized they were burning through investor cash too quick and the service fell off a cliff edge!
My monthly subscription almost doubled and on top of that they expect customers to pay £0.50 per order so they can build out their "black op kitchen business"! Why should I pay for that exactly?
Then they were hacked... I noticed a strange order appear to a new address, then another order to same place... So I got on the chat and and the call center person gave me 2 options.
1: Live with the fact I'll be buying strangers food.
2: They would close my account immediately. When asked should I call my credit card to reclaim the amount they had billed me they reluctantly said they would refund me. I guess they didn't want to incur the fees my CC would charge them for a disputed transaction. Oh and if you want to use deliveroo after you need to get a new email address to register with...

What I also noticed was in early days they wanted to help with problems, fast forward a few years and when you discover chicken in your vegetarian dish they make life difficult. You need to photo the problem, then 24 hours late they complain the photo doesn't clearly show it chicken can you send another zoomed in... yes of cause I kept in in my fridge just in case... Alternatively they would refund you for the main dish but not the boiled rice etc which without the main dish isn't a meal! Classic what are we eating tonight? "Boiled rice and plain chow mien and spring rolls, oh no wait they have pork in them..."
