I have reported them months ago to the Action Fraud Team as this is clearly an online fraud. I received a refund throughmy credit card company but Gardenero are asking for my refund to overturned! They never sent any goods, have disconected the phone lines and the web site is down. If you have been affected contact Action Fraud on the internet and get them to see whether a jail sentence is appropriate.

Same as everyone else sadly . Total scam . Ordered Weber bbq . Never turned up impossible to get hold of anyone.
Avoid like the plague !!!

This company is a scam. Do not try and buy from them. Products never turned up. The company just lied and lied when contacted by e-mail. The phone number they provide is not in use. Had to fallback on my credit card for a refund. Avoid!!

Do not use its a scam website & they need to be deported!

Paid out £95 for De-Walt angle grinder. Never arrived. Squareup.com took payment. No contact no refund.

My experience is the same as all those who have been scammed and am also out of pocket.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM
I was looking to buy a pressure washer and found Gardenero which seemed okay. I was a bit wary that I couldn't find any reviews but they said they were new so I gave them the benefit of the doubt.
Very good communication to start with (unsurprisingly!) and even got the GARDFIRST 10% discount.
After a few days asked for an update and they told me it would be delivered in 10-14 working days (I don't recall that at the time of ordering). Just before day 14 I wrote to them and asked for an update - reply came none. Day 15 I wrote and gave them an ultimatum, reply came none again.
I then went on Trustpilot and all became clear.
Shame I couldn't find any reviews when I ordered clearly Gardenero appear to be a new set up (code for scam). There is an address so perhaps someone from Trading Standards should go an investigate.
The only light on the horizon is that I paid by credit card so I am hopeful I will get my money back.
Disgusting people. Leave well alone.

Wish I had paid attention to reviews prior to ordering ! Ordered a power tool, received what appeared to be a legitimate invoice however no goods dispatched and telephone number to query has no ring tone. Fortunately our bank reimbursed but for anyone reading avoid at all costs.

Unfortunately I realised too late and am £140 out of pocket.
I’ve reported them to Fraud department and Trading standards.

Ordered a pressure washer from this company and got an invoice emailed back to me. Was told it would take from 10-14 business days to arrive, which I thought was a long time. After 15 business days had elapsed, I emailed them to enquire about it and update me. I then find lots of Trust pilot reviews saying the company was a scam. I have been in contact with my credit card company, and they will be taking action, and luckily for me I have the added protection of getting my money back, due to having used a credit card.

Agree with everyone ordered karcher k5 on 6th feb, did have luck with contacting them at the start, even tried to call them, now have refund under section 75, should of known this was a scam hence paid by credit card. AVOID!!

I submitted an order for a lawn mower but, other than an automated order acknowledgement response, I have not had any further communication from this company, not even an automated response to my email asking when I can expect delivery. I have now raised this as a disputed charge with American Express.

Do not ue this company, no products are delivered, they ue fake tracking information. I have contacted TNT with the tracking information provided and it relates to a different shipment altogether, not related to me or my address

Ordered a chainsaw never to be seen. Cant contact company and no luck with the bank! £170 down the drain!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I think they are a scam! I ordered a chainsaw which was in fairness the cheapest I could find. After 2 weeks they gave me tracking details of a order which went to Scotland! They keep assuring me despite the fact several delivery attempts failed (600miles noth of me) everything was on OK and on track and just wait... ended up claiming from CC as they stopped communicating

Ordered a portable BBQ. Did not ship and had to be refunded by bank. No response from contact form, chatbot and phone. Like everyone else, I wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered.

Totally selling items they don't have, taking your money sending you a reference number then you never hear from them again. Stay away, unless you have money to give away.

Ordered chainsaw 2/2/2022. Professional order acknowledgement by email and another to suggest delivery in max 14 days. That was the last I heard. 2 chasing emails without acknowledgement and an attempt to discuss on their website chat function which doesn't work.

Definitely a fraudulent website but very well presented and easy to be duped.

Con artists. Do not buy from this website. I hope the owners get a massive fine and a criminal record. Bought a pressure washer, never showed up, got refund on credit card.
