Set up the camera in February this year. Loved watching the birds that visited the poshest restaurant in the neighbourhood. Unfortunately, moments stopped appearing in the app (the camera wouldn't recognise movement). I contacted customer support, and they sent a replacement camera within two weeks. Back online now for about three weeks, no more issues to date. Thank you, Birdfy. I am happy with this product and the customer service

Prior to purchase contacted customer service with a query, really fast positive response. Delivery of mattress was on day requested with updates on what time to expect the delivery. The new mattress was installed and the old taken away without any hassle and the employees were friendly and helpful. Couldn't;t have asked for more throughout the whole process, excellent

Used their live chat and my questions were answered promptly, Mike was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Visited shop next day, to pick up the guitar I was after, the shop was very clean, and the service excellent. The offer to play the guitar before I left the shop was there but My decision, I declined. Guitar was well wrapped for journey home. Couldn’t fault anything, that’s why have given 5 stars. Will use again, I recommend it’s a well stocked shop with various makes of guitar.

For the course it was thorough taking you from the basics in photography to the end of the course where by submitting a series of images, that should have reflected elements learnt during the course, for your chosen subject, be it landscape, portraiture, still-life etc. The marking of the assessments were prompt, within a couple of days which I thought was excellent and I appreciated the honest feedback given on each image I submitted from a professional photographer. I recommend joining the dedicated Facebook group as this will help with course modules.
I was a beginner before taking this course but can see the difference in my photos from before Photography institute and today and I still refer to some applicable elements of the course today two years later. If you want to learn and receive honest, constructive feedback to help towards improving your photography I recommend this course.
