Having had 8 wooden blinds recently and was extremely impressed, the bathroom venetian blinds order was duly sent off. Narrow slatted aluminium fitted perfectly. Some quite old blinds (21 years old) will probably be replaced in the not too distant future. I will order from Swift when I get that far, as they are well packaged and well made. Very satisfied.

2 small Venetian blinds with 16mm slats to fit on some French style doors. Really well made and packaged for a safe delivery. Another company offered a wider range but were more expensive, the decider was the posting costs, the other company wanted over £60 to the Highlands for the exact same size order. Well done Swift. We will return.

Heavy car battery that the driver could have put in the parcel box, but he drove to the house to ensure it arrived with consideration and thoughtfulness. Really thankful he did that.

Dead handle bar bracket on my Gen2 original purchase some years ago. Difficult to trace which component it was:- ie hub, ring, sensor, bracket, battery. After much many emails to customer services and diagnostics by way of eliminating issues on my spare bike with Swytch fitted a new bracket purchased- but sadly faulty and another dispatched immediately. No complaints at all.

Very prompt receipt of order. Started using the black filler on a car seat split using watch screwdrivers as they are tiny. Done 2 fills, but going ok so far.
