Extremely good value, although I have no experience of needing them. I have no reason to believe they will be exactly what I need if or when the time comes.

Very quickly received through the post. Popped a tablet in the washer reservoir and filled with water. Couple of days later, used it to clean the screen- really good! Very pleased.

Not used them yet, but how good is the service? Incredible! 1235 hrs order placed, arrived near John OGroats next day! People moan at Royal Mail and service from some companies- not with this service!

Plain, simple end of my contract choice offered to me in advance of my agreement finishing. I have elected to go with a 12 month fix for peace of mind and the rate for loyalty appears to be favourable.

Renewal was £6 more than last year- that was at a renewal price that was very acceptable. Considering policies have increased, very happy.

Asked a question this morning because having asked for a refund and received it- I questioned why my direct debit was still on a “payment holiday”. Turns out to be an error that is now sorted. All done by one email sent this morning, replied to and actioned the same morning! Brilliant as always is my experience.

Put a very large parcel next to my parcel box. The box is there for their convenience, my house is 300 metres away and large parcels need to be delivered to the house. I am a car less pensioner!

I can’t be more pleased with my premium for a fixed value on my 2007 V70 Volvo with ridiculous low mileage. I urge anyone with an older but cherished vehicle that is worth much more than you would get on a normal insurance policy to consider a fixed value policy. The peace of mind is amazing.

I wasn’t initially aware it was an American manufacturer and the glasses would be produced and sent from USA. However, product excellent and took about 2 weeks from the order to arrive in Scotland.
Very pleased with the value and quality and will order more shortly.

My PayPal mobile is correct but for deliveries it is not. I emailed Hughes’s, all dealt with at a personal level and felt looked after. Delivery firm had used the new number and impressed by this.
