Incompetent. Shouldn't be allowed to run a courier service

A total of 6 deliveries now in the past 3 weeks and not one has been delivered 2 of my orders were sent out again by the company I ordered from and those never arrived either, this company needs to look into the workings of their staff as all these parcels can't just be lost. From now on I will refuse to use companies that send out parcels with evri/hermes. People work hard to spend their money on items and in my opinion all that is being done is complete theft. As far as being able to even speak to anybody there's more chance to find a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow.

Absolutely disgracefull service

Absolutely disgracefull service. Ordered on the 22nd of May as part of an anniversary present, used the 6 pound delivery charge to get the item. A week later still no sign of the items. I have send twice messages and no response from Chanel!!
Gutted is an understatement, if Chanel doesn't have the facility to fulfill orders then they shouldn't be trading online and taking your money!

moederdag om zeep door euroflorist

Had bloemen besteld via euroflorist voor moederdag in Antwerpen maandag 15 Augustus. Het boeket dat ik had besteld was afschuwelijk en trok op niets. Een paar roze rozen (die al bruin waren aan de buitekant)en oranje gerberas met niets anders dan groene bladeren en een stengel solidago. Ik heb diezelfde dag nog euroflorist een mail gestuurt met fotos maar nog altijd geen antwoord 2 dagen later!
