We had a pretty great experience

We had a pretty great experience with Parent Shield. The team was very responsive and helpful when we had any issues or questions. Things work pretty much like they say. We only had slight issues with using data on the phone. Our son says he sometimes doesn’t have access to the data we’ve paid for, but other times it works just fine. No idea what the issue was, but it wasn’t a big deal since he mostly used data on WiFi anyway. It wasn’t not a bad thing that he couldn’t use it while out and about.
The system is great for giving the kids a bit of experience with a phone and yet not overwhelming them or putting them at risk with unfettered access. I am very pleased with it.

Smoothie experience

The woman our builder spoke to on the phone was knowledgeable and helpful. She even found him in their database and said he was eligible for a discount. We ordered 3 samples and they all seemed to be good quality materials with excellent warranty. We have ordered a laminate for a small room/office space conversion. Once the floor is door, I hope to review again. So far excellent experience.

Get Freestyle Libre Sensors in an actual pharmacy!

I would say, generally my experience is closer to 5 stars, however, once a month I require fulfillment of a prescription (Freestyle Libre Glucose Sensors) that they never seem to have in stock. It takes them at least a week to decide that they won’t be getting them in stock any time soon and do I want to wait or call back the prescription and get it from the pharmacy of my choice. Waiting has taken upwards of 2 more weeks, which is really no good since turn around is quite right.

It would be my recommendation to just have them send the prescription directly to a Lloyds Pharmacy.

All is well despite error on my end

Due to an error on my end, I had used a lateral flow test marked for Say 2 instead of one for Fit to Fly purposes. My points of contact at Qured, José and Stephanie, were very helpful, and the company obviously is prepared for this issue, because Jose knew just what to do. The issue was resolved within an hour and a half, much to my satisfaction.

Good service but room for improvement

I am generally very pleased with the service by LloydsDirect. However, this time, my prescriptions came in 2 half empty medium sized boxes with an enormous amount of packaging (i.e. plastic). I find this unnecessary and distressing. Also, I wish there were a way for them to notify me of a cooled prescription’s expected arrival date, so if I’m going to be away, they can delay shipping so that the cooling chain is not broken. The ice packs in my packages were not even cool anymore by the time I got them.

I was on the phone forever...

I was on the phone forever to find out what to do about a battery giving a replace ASAP reading at the dealership. A breakdown van was sent quickly but his reading was not as dire and therefore he could not replace it under warranty. The technician informed us that the battery had a 5-year warranty, which we were not aware of. Im pretty sure the dealership just wanted to earn money replacing the battery, but it seemed to take forever to determine what to do over the phone.

Signing up and paying is really easy

Signing up and paying is really easy. My son enjoyed playing Dodgeball very much. He likes the teacher Mr Everett even if he “is a bit strict”. But I think he was actually being fair rather than strict.

I love that no matter where you order and where you're shipping to the shipping is free. What I don't like is that every blessed item is shipped separately. I'd prefer to wait a little longer and get everything all at once. I hate all the waste with packaging...
