im not a geek i am now reviewing the phone chat i had with william he was so very helpful to this 81 yearold deaf person & very ptient it was william that convinced me to stop looking for a new supplier as i was pleased to be assisted by william.i hope his company reaches the bar setting he has set.michael broderick . i have spelt my surname correctly.excuse bad grammar spelling etmc as im only at home on u tube music.

2 days 6 phone calls yet still in a long queue trying to buy 2 items

over monday tuesday & at least 6 phone calls at different times of each day i tried to order 2 different items finaly early on 17/8/22 you picked up my first item was ok but my second item d9127 2 long sleeve shirts was now £43.0.0 INSTEAD OF £9 .0.0 feeling deprieved i went ahead with the other item ,but i checked the long sleeves on your site that are now£45 .0.0 i thought computers were supposed to be all sing & dancing .dissapointed yet again .

BROKEN PROMISES …

I TRIED TO ORDER 3 ITEMS AS SOON AS I RECIEVED THE CATALOGUE 2 WERE O /S I ORDERED ONE RECIEVED IT PAID FOR IT ..NO RECIPT I MADE A CALL 2 WEEKS AGO WILL E /M YOU ONE I WAITED 4 DAYS NO RECIPT THEN STARTED CALLING DAILY ALI SAID WILL SEND YOU ONE THE SAME PROMISE WAS MADE DAILY ONE BROKEN WAS FOR AN E/M & A RECIPT IN THE POST I HAD A NEW CATALOGUE WITH GARMENTS I WANTED BUT WILL NOT ORDER UNTIL I GET MY RECIPT RECIPT A VERY POOR SHOW ALL ROUND .




. HOW CAN YOU GET NEW COUSTOMERS WITH A BAD COUSTOMER

1st order 2 items returned for exchange to next size down.possibly my fault.

i received my ist order 2 items returned as sleeves very bit too long my fault for having the body I have l o l.I requested they be exchanged for next size down I hope they can as the outdoor fleece material was so warm it will ward off the cold. I was pleased with the call asking if the order had arrived & when told about the long sleeves without hesitation I was told return & we will send next size down .I have done that today returning via morrisons was so easy greatful to the morrison female employee that assisted me. I rated atlas 3 stars but based on my experience so far that can be increased depending how my exchange works out.looking up at the sky & saying winter come down. Michael Broderick.

placed my first order waited 2 weeks….

placed my first order waited 2 weeks rang up told had not received it very uncaring told could have been lost in post left for me to sort it out not great 1st shopping experience have looked at every yes every review to date looks as if lolly packs it in you are down the pan not to worry you can make up lost customer revenue via premium rate phone number.why is aude always asking for customer details surely they have been disclosed to whoever takes the complaint call therefore aude has access to it.great looking products sadly you cant deliver . what has Hermes to say re late non deliverys never saw 1 comment from them.michael Broderick. .

i made a complaint waited a week made…

i made a complaint waited a week made contact again promised an agent would call back in 48 hrs requested it be by e.mail 2 days later no reply so phone must be quicker than the web.i joined ovo in their infancy but sadly I have them grow big but not customer friendly also on my statement it stated my latest reading had been taken by me but it was taken by the agent in my house with morrisons on his coat .are you listening ovo I was not advised you had changed meter reading companies & do not call police or have a heart attack if a man tries to read your metre while not wearing a loweri beck high viz. video on u tube showing a badly fitted smart metre is it true that a quote given today only lasts for today only.re todays daily mail booked a smart metre installation the ovo rep did not turn up ring or text. It sounds like your complaint may not have been escalated properly, I'll ask the team to give you a call about this - they'll be in touch in the next few days.

In regards to the reading and how it appears on the statement, if there's been an actual reading taken by yourself or a third party it will be shown as "You gave".

We've used Morrisons Data Services for a while now, I'm sorry if you were unaware of this. All meter readers will carry I.D which you can ask for if you're ever unsure.

All quotes last for 7 days, to save the quote you'll need to ask for it to be emailed to you.

If we've missed an appointment you may be entitled to a £30 missed appointment payment, the team can look into this when they call.
