I've enjoyed the styles and quality

I've enjoyed the styles and quality of the Eubi products. I'm sorry to see them leave the Aussie market for warehousing product but I'm sure I will be able to purchase from the USA in the future.

Buyer Beware!

I've purchased 3 different products from Chargeasap and either they didn't work or they were defective. The amount of work you have to go through to prove their crappy products are defective is also rediculous. I had to video a product that was dead. No lights no anything, but they still wanted a
video of their dead purchased. Obviously, they make the replacement process as difficult as possible so you give up and they walk away with your money from a difective piece of garbage.

On top or the garbage you have to go through to prove their theft, if you want a replacement for your defective product, they expect you to pay the shipping which ultimately means another financial outlay on the customer's part. I've given them numerous opportunities to make good on their products to no avail. They want the customer to fork out more good money after bad. I'm disappointed with myself for paying for the shipping on product #2 and then buying an additional product which turned out to be defective. Full circle! They're just too hard to deal with.
By the way, they call their support team "happiness team" which is jusst more 'bull' and is ridiculous since there has never been happiness when working with Chargeasap.

Aren't there consumer laws around 2 years of warranty on electronics? They probably know this and that's why they want more money for shipping since their replacements team must be working overtime and the shipping costs for all the defective replacement would put them out of business.

Buyer beware of Chargeasap. They sell garbage and don't back their products.

Great Customer Service

I really enjoy my new stretchy jeans but that's only the short of it. I encountered some shipping issues, no fault of the company, and the company stepped up and offered me a replacement pair. That's customer service!
I found my original shipment so the replacement pair wasn't necessary. The fact that they were willing to ship me a new pair at no cost to me is 'gold'.

I attempted to send my feedback

I attempted to send my feedback in a private email but the email address requested as the email to reply back to doesn't work. I'm forced to air my concerns on this forum. The email address automatically populated when I hit reply to your email is
support at thelastcable.co whcih I notice is given to others on this forum when requesting customer service.

My original email concern is below:
"I received my cables on Saturday at last and began using them on my iPad and Android phone. I have to say I’m a bit disappointed. Firstly, I think the speed of which they charge is much slower than the frayed cable that we are wanting to replace for the iPad. Secondly, when my wife uses it she doesn’t find it reliable since it seems to charge on and then off when she sets it down or holds it in her hand before setting it down. Reliability is paramount. Thirdly, we are each getting messages from our respective devices (Apple & Android) recommending that we use a cable that was recommended for our device. This doesn’t give us a comfortable feeling that the cable is not affecting our batteries. Are these cables designed for high power, high end charging or can they be made in a manner that executes this better?

With the above said I do like the feel of the wrapper, color and rotating joint. However, these positives are outweighed by the negatives.

I’d welcome any response to my feedback."
