Lost a customer today.
I went in for two specific items and it should have been a quick visit.
1. The queue to pay was extremely slow and took ages to actually get anywhere. They eventually opened another till but there was a long delay.
2. When I was being served, it turned out that neither of my items had a barcode on them. The cashier made me feel like this was my fault and that I had caused such a massive inconvenience. He went off to find another item with the barcode on (which also seemed to take ages). I don't feel that it is my responsibility to make sure that the products have barcodes on them.
3. The price of my items scanned higher at the till than the label on the shelf. I did mention this to the cashier who wasn't interested. I was losing my patience at this point, so just paid the higher price and left. Would be better if the shelf prices were accurate.
I won't be returning.

Chose Samsung Recycle because they offered the best amount for my old phone. Easy to do online. I requested a postal pack which came quickly.
On receipt of my phone they assessed it promptly and confirmed they were going to pay what they had said they would. Money was in my account the next day.
Overall, very happy

Easy to purchase online, especially as this is the first time I have ever purchased bike insurance. The premium was good value, as I had expected to pay more than I did. I even added legal cover on for only a few pounds more. My documents were emailed to me promptly.
So far my experience of Devitt has been very positive.

Was looking for a graduation present for my girlfriend. Found a lovely photo frame that I asked to be engraved. The frame was excellent, and the quality of the engraving was second to none. Furthermore, it arrived within days, which was a bonus. When I gave it to her, she was over the moon.
