i wish they had a online chat as if you get a issue you have to email them and there not very quick at getting back to you, even though the site is 24hrs a day 7 days a week i believe the staff are normal 5 days a week normal hours.
however by far the best watch sale site

Brilliant service and price. Communication with WOM is very good and they are very patient, im not easy to deal with, however i bought the watch and it turned up the next day, everything was as it should be, they even wound it up and set the correct time.
i would certainly recommend them and my nexxt purchase i will check them out first as they have some special deals that cant be matched.

Great platform for finding your watch However very difficult if not impossible to get anyone to respond via email when you have a problem, it had taken 6 days for them to allocate my funds into my escrow account.
Made many calls and uploaded proof of transfer before it got sorted.
That said I love the platform, as a watch collector there is Nothing better out there,

Brilliant I have used this company and i can only say they were exceptional, friendly with quick communication, (even on bank holidays)
I actually messed them about with my payments as i had trouble with the security on my bank doing such a large transaction. However they were very professional and understanding. I would certainly recommend them
