I had a quick reply to my email, to ask them not to send any mail through the post to me any more. Which there reply email confirmed they would not. Now I wait to see if they are true to there word.

Contacted this company through there website to see if they could unlock my phone, which is quite old. After reading various review that had been placed by some customer. There was a mixture of good, and bad.
But went ahead, and decided to use this company, because you are alway going to have some customer who are not going to be satisfied with the service they received.

I filled out the required information, which was all quite straight forwards. Just before you come to the page where you will make your payment, there is a list that you have to read through, to make sure your phone is suitable to be unlocked.
I must say that I found the whole process quite easy. I paid the amount due, and was informed of how long it might take, and also if they were unable to unlock my phone, I would receive a refund.

The next day I had a message from pay pal, to say that I had received a refund from Unlocks. That is why I have given them 5 stars, because as soon as they realised that they could not unlock my phone, they refunded my money, I did not have to chase them up about it.

There is only one minor criticism that I have, and that is that I would have really like to have known, why they could not unlock my phone?

I Purchase this make of sharpener a little while ago now, at that time, I had gone online to see what sharpeners were on the market.
The information contained in there advertisement said, it has a two stage diamond coated wheel system, and the benefits of this type of design.

So having checked out other makes on the market, and the different ways they sharpen a knife. I decided that I would purchase the Senzusharpener. After placing my order, I found out that it would be coming from America. So it would take a little longer to arrive. It took about ten days before it turned up, it seem from the printing on the box, that it is made in China!.
When I unpacked it, I saw that there were no diamond wheels!, the course sharpener was like others on the market, that I had seen, with two pieces of metal in a V formation, the fine sharpener was two round pins, they look like they could be ceramic?.

To say I was disappointed, is an understatement, to add insult to injury, even on the box was printed “The Sense Sharpener has a diamond coated wheels that will get your knives feeling sharp as new. It is the best knife sharpener on the market. Perhaps the attention to detail, and using a diamond wheel, is what separates us from all the other competitors"!

At the time the pandemic, and the after effects of it, were a more pressing matter for me, so did not contact the company, about the fact that I did receive what I had ordered.
I decided to try it out, it did sharpen the knifes, but I would not say I was that impressed with the sharpness (I was a professional chef for seven years, so can tell if you are getting a really good edge on a knife, when you are sharpening it).
After using the sharpener for a few times, on the fine sharpener a groove started to appear, on the face of the ceramic pins?,( if that is what they are, which then started to blunt the edges of the knifes!!!. instead of sharpening them.

So, I emailed the sells team, relaying the fact’s that what I had receive was not a diamond coated wheel system. The lady who got back to me, simple said that I had bought a diamond coated sharpener, not a diamond wheel sharpener, and that I had got what I had ordered, and that was the end of the matter, as far as they were concerned.

My reply to her email is as follows:- You state in you email that I purchased a diamond coated sharpener. If that was the case, there are lots of this type of sharpener on the market, I could have purchase any one of these.
The only reason I choose to purchase the Senzusharpener is because in the Advertisement it stated, that it was a “2-stage diamond coated wheel system”, and the benefits of this system of sharpening a knife. To prove my point, I attach a photo of the box that the sharpener came in, you will see printed clearly 2- stage diamond coated wheel system. I look forward to your reply.

To this day, I never receive a reply, I was sent a customer feed back form, to ask how satisfied I was with the way there sells team had dealt with my problem. Which I did fill out, but again did not receive a reply.

I have given them one star, as I did receive an item in the post, from them, but not the one I had ordered, and the one I did receive was not the best sharpener on the market, far from it.

So I would not advice anyone to buy a sharpener from this company. Because you might end up not receiving what you had ordered.

First time I have placed an order with this company, it was for a small multi purpose electric oven. Placing the order was straight forward. Received it within a couple of days. Have not had a chance to use it yet, but will post another review once I have. The five stars I have given, are for the experience so far.

It was nice to find a site selling the Stabile Boss refills, so that I did not have to bin the pen. It is always difficult to get a good ideal of the quality of a product when buying them on line. But I was well satisfied with my purchase of the pen case, as it is well construction.
