I went into London and spent two hours trying to pay the £12.50 charge that evening. I finally got one receipt via text on my phone but latter discovered they had taken the payment twice. You cannot get your money back and the the Chat on TFL sends you to a web site called Expert Squad this company is a subscription company that will take every penny out of your account . It is owned by another company TSFF Holdings Ltd and is based in Cypress. The banks should block them and the Financial Ombudsman should investigate them for corruption and being listed on a government web site.

The whole process was so easy from our initial phone call to enquire about the car to the delivery. We had the car delivered which saved us a lot of time and hassle. It arrived exactly on time and the driver couldn't have been more pleasant, and very helpful too. The car is great and exactly as described on the add by Cinch. A great way to buy a used car I would certainly recommend Cinch and would use them again. Thanks all at Cinch

I wanted this item for a 1st birthday present for my granddaughter most retailers were out of stock but Natural Baby Shower had one and at a good price. As it is a present it has not yet been used but it arrived promptly and I have had good communication from thr company. Very pleased and would highly recommend them.

We bought our Ninja Air Fryer451UK on line during Black Friday with a 10 percent off code from Ninja. It arrived as quickly as they said it would and I love it. I had one problem - the crisper tray in one draw was almost impossible to lift out so I phoned customer services. I don't think I have ever contacted a Customer Services that were so helpful and pleasant. Thank you Jayne for sorting out my problem. She had a new crisper tray sent out immediately. Problem solved!
I am now using the Air fryer every day although I haven't used the probe yet but plan to this weekend. Great experience with Ninja and I would highly recommend them.

This is lovely 6"x4" shed, good quality and easy to put together, just what we wanted and at a great price. The delivery came promptly in the allotted time and the delivery men Mark and Dan were very helpful friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to use Forest Garden again or recommend them.

Stroma picked our case up after they took over from another company. They handled the whole process with a very professional outlook, they kept us informed and arrived on time for appointments. The plants arrived promptly and very well packed. They all seem to be in good condition except one I have planted them all and will wait to see if the last one recovers. The gardening season would be great if it would stop raining.

Our System was first intalled 14th July 2023, it has never worked as it should or as we are lead to believe it should! We are constantly getting imports from the grid when the batteries have a decent charge, many for no reason in the middle of the night. Sometimes we are finding we have been importing and exporting at the same time! As much as we have complained, no one seems to be able to give us any help. The CT clamp is not able to give the Inverter the correct readings so the Smart Meter is recording imports when Growatt Inverter says there is none.
We are yet to get any pay back for our exported energy. No one told us how long the whole process would take. No one is at hand to instrutct on how the whole process should work. If I had spent this much money on anything else I would return it.

I received my sample and then spoke to Andrew Lewis who couldn't have been more helpful, very efficient and friendly, he got my order sorted out for me at a great price. The flooring then arrived quickly and on time. Its not often these days that you get such good customer service. Thanks Andrew.

We have just had a Solar system installed on our roof and I would like to say what a great team our installers are Jordan, Noha, Chaz and especially Charlie, such polite friendly and conscientious young men. Charlie worked especially hard and into his own time. The system is working well and the technical team are very helpfull in ironing our any little problems we have. One star because we got our money back quickly! We didn't buy from you as the delivery date came and went and after much chasing if the item it eventually turned out it was still in the ware house and the earliest it could then be delivered was a further six days wait. We cancelled the order and got Next day delivery from a different supplier.

I have used Alica Bathrooms before and found them to be an excellent company to order goods from which is why I ordered again. And they do not disappointed still an excellent product at a great price. I would recommend.

We thought we were getting a great fridge/freezer at a great price but come the delivery day we we heard nothing. So phoned up and was told it had been sent to the couriers, phoned the the couriers and they said they hadn't received it. After another phone call it was located still in the ware house and the earliest date we could get it delivered was another week away. So cancelled the order. Appliance City were very good in getting our money back into our account very quickly.

I recently bought a mattress from Keen and Able, a great, very comfortable mattress at a very good price. It arrived on time, a two man delivery. They took the mattress upstairs for me and unpacked it, they were very polite and offered to take the packaging away. I was very impressed with the service all round and would recommend them.

YARD'S customer service was great - the delivery could not be made when we were originally told to expect it, and as we were no longer available at that location they changed the delivery location no problem. The reshedualed delivery was dilivered on time. The window now that it is in is perfect - just what we wanted. However the instructions suplied by Fakro were impossible to make head nor tail of. I think FAKRO is a great product but they need to sort out both their paper and video fitting instructions - no fault of YARD.
