Nous avions besoin de coussins pour une banquette diy. Après avoir commandé plusieurs échantillons, nous avons reçu de l’aide pour les mesures non standard. Un délai rapide et respecté. Une qualité de produit incroyable. Et que dire du team et du service client. Rarement eu affaire à un tel service. Impeccable.

Nous avons acheté un adhésifs noir pour notre lave vaisselle. D’une grande qualité, le rendu est impeccable. Une livraison plus rapide qu’annoncé! Parfait

I will not bother you with how many mails I wrote to their delivery partner and them. I purchased 2 watch it shine kits & I payed custom taxes (25€). The order is in Holland since one month now beacause apparently there are missing information. the delivery company says the only people who can help me out is watch it shine, from witch i don't even get anwsers on my mails. This is really a shame and i their silence makes me doubting if this is a legit compagny.
It is difficult to accept that i just lost 135 euros!!!!!!

response to their unbelievable response. 1. I did pay the taxes and have proof of it. The problem was you didn't fill the correct information. 2 there is no mail back and forth with you as they only replied to one mail and i have proof of it. this i will never get back. 3. i got a refund only because i made a complaint via my creditcard. 4. Via delivery service show the product returned. Last but not least and this is the worst part watch it shine contradict my complaint and that i have to pay for a product I will never see. I have proof of everything so how do you dare? this is above bad customer service this is a scam.

Produit pas conforme. Les touches symboles ne fonctionnent pas sur la touche indiqué et n’est pas conforme a un clavier azerty. La souris bug souvent. Très déçue d’avoir perdue de l’argent

The scam of the century
After literally getting ripped off by “get your guide” I did a small online investigation in several languages and hey ho they are crooks.
1. They charge you fare more than the actual prize. For us +100% Actual prize 142.000 COP for two, get your guide charged us 300.000 COP. I even read some people paid +200%
2. They sell you a tour by a fancy name but you don’t get that tour. In our case an entire communa 13 in colombia ended beeing an hop on hop off experience of the city and just one hour in communa 13 without explanation. Again I even read some people bought tickets for a museum but their purchases ticket wasn’t valid for that museum.
3. What company doesn’t allow you to write a post/review on their website and facebook? But surprise they all have 5 stars comment on their website. What company hasn't a real, transparent an clear commission plan?
4. customer service: they want us to proof that we know the price they charged is the double and say about a tour that's called communalist 13 : "Please be informed that there are no indications on our website about the duration of the communa 13 part"

After reading many reviews actually we hadn’t the worst exeperience. So make yourself a favor and don’t be the next person they scam. I really just hope one day there will be an investigation about this company
