i ordered yet another lamp from them on 21/10. It is still not delivered on 04/11. The issue is due to someone from the company doing a sloppy job with filling up shipping order. This, combined with defunct chronopost service, made it impossible to deliver. i tried to manage myself, but not possible from my side. i contacted customer service of LMDLamps, the person who answered my email refused any assistance. They just lost a client

Recieved a damaged product. They send a new one directly without asking to send back the first one.
