Quick delivery and customer service excellent

Ordered on Friday and the pc arrived on the Saturday. Great price fast delivery.
Had a couple of issues where the GPU had come out of its slot causing a bit of damage to the case thankfully the GPU was fine. Also the window key wasn’t working when all set up. However contacted support and they were brilliant sent over a new key for window which worked a treat. They also advised that I can send the pc back for a new GPU and case or keep it and if it develops any faults over the warranty period or I want it changing to just contact them. Absolutely fantastic customer service. The PC itself is also fantastic.

Sent an obvious pair of damaged shoes

Sent damaged pair of shoes as soon as you opened the box for you could see the damage. They sent a free returns to exchange but the exchange took 2 weeks to come. I then asked for my original postage back seeing as it took 3 weeks to get the shoes I ordered and I was told no! No one even said sorry for the shoes I had been sent the lady who I told first on chat just said “I will email a free returns if you want to exchange them” there was no sorry we sent you damaged shoes or sorry you have received a damaged item!

Brand new trainers arrived damaged

Ordered a brand new pair of £65 trainers! When they arrived one of the laces looked like some child had been using blunt scissors to cut at it! It was nearly cut through in 2 places! The right shoe had clearly been used as a display show it was dirty and clearly worn!
I reported this and was bluntly told send them back then! When I asked about the refund for the postage as I’m not paying postage for something that’s arrived damaged I was told to sort it at a later date!
Horrible experience!

They have gone really really slow

Started using well a year or so back, they were really good and quick delivery. Once you had placed an order within a week it would be with you.
Now your lucky to get it within 2 weeks they try and blame Royal Mail but once I pay for my prescription I only get a dispatch email 10 days later. How can it take 10 days to dispatch a prescription. They last order I placed on the 22nd July and received this on the 5th august they also sent an email saying it would be delayed due to the bank holiday WHAT!!! The last bank holiday was at the beginning of June!
I have now reverted back to the local chemist

Review of Shell Energy for Home Customers

Sent wrong bill and kept demanding wrong payment just over 4 months to resolve

Was switched to Shell after Green went bust. The only communication we had with shell was to confirm they were taking over and we didn't need to do anything. We moved out of the property in November 2 months after Shell had taken over, still no account number or bill from them. Contacted them to inform them of the move and was told my account was not set up yet so to ring on the day of the move to let them know. I did this and provided them with the final readings. It was only on the 29th December we got the first and final bill from them, they had overcharged us just over £350. They had the opening readings wrong and i had a photo of the readings when Shell took over thank god. I contacted them and was told to ignore the bill as my account still hadn't been set up as they were waiting on Green to finish up on there end. They also requested a picture of the readings the day they took over, i sent this over to them and was told i would get a final bill in 2 weeks.
No bill came. At the end of January i got an email and text message chasing me for the full amount of the wrong bill. I contacted them again and advised them the bill was wrong and told them i had sent what they asked to resolve it. They advised the chaser texts and emails would stop and a new bill issued within 7 working days.
A few days later i was told to provide a picture of the meter now with the MPN, they clearly were ignoring the fact i had moved out 3 months previously. So i had to contact them again and asked whey this was relevant as the readings now would not prove anything and i had already sent a picture of the meter reading from when they took over and also one on the day we moved. So we knew exactly how much energy we had used.

I was told not to worry and a new bill will be issued in 7 days. This bill never came but a further 2 emails and 4 text messages chasing me for payment came instead. Each one was getting more demanding threatening legal action if not paid. This of course started to cause stress and anxiety as if the cost of living going up and up wasn't enough. I decided to make a formal complaint to Shell about how i was being dealt with. I carried on receiving text and emails chasing payment even though i was told on 2 occasions this would stop.
Around 5 days after my complaint i received a email from a complaint handler saying a new bill had been issued and the complaint would be closed. I checked my account and no new bill had been issued, they had sent more text and emails demanding wrong payment.
So i contacted the complaint handler directly and she advised that the complaint would be re-opened until a new bill was issued.
This was issued on the 8th March it has taken 3 months to sort a small issue out and 4 months since i moved to finally get rid of Shell.

I received no apology at all from them over this period, they caused sleepless nights and stress with there unlawful demands.

Absolutely shocking company to deal with, the bill has been paid and i no longer have to deal with them.

Slow dispatch time

Was disappointed with how long they took to actually dispatch my items. They advertise that items will be delivered within 2-3 days from the day of ordering.
We ordered on a Saturday so was expecting the receive the items around Wednesday however they never came and we had no dispatch email aswell. I looked at my order on the website and the status was saying “exported” it then took another 5 days before we received a dispatch email and the items arrived 2 days later. So all in all it took 11 (7 working) days to arrive. It cannot be blamed on slow delivery as this only took 2 days it was the actual dispatch time from tommee tippee this was disappointing.

Do not honour price promise

I have used cartridge save for years buying £10,000s worth of ink. They have a price guarantee to match any cheaper price online as long as it’s not on sale and is ready for immediate dispatch.
After a recent purchase I found a website that offered the ink around £3 each cheaper, I raised this with them as per their price guarantee. However was told that as they didn’t offer free shipping they won’t honour it but I informed them there price match doesn’t state anything about postage. They then came back with as it was cheaper then the rrp it is clearly on sale. There are no sale signs on the website and this is advertised as there day to day price but they still refuse.

Looks like il be taking my custom elsewhere.

Hard to get hold of this company

Trying to get hold of this company is a nightmare.
We ordered a cabin bed and mattress for our son, we also paid for next day delivery.
The items arrived the next working day so I dismantle his old bed and took this to the tip as we needed the room. I then went to put the bed up, however there were a few missing bolts so I was unable to put the bed fame up leaving our son with no bed. I went to open the mattress and realised that they had sent the wrong mattress they had sent one £30 cheaper then what we had paid for. I went to go on live chat but they weren’t available so emailed them straight away with the issue. Our son spent a night sleeping on the mattress on the floor upset his new bed wasn’t put up. I sent another email the day after but again no response, so our son spent another night on the floor. On the 3rd day I managed to get onto the live chat as they were no available, they said they had no emails off me and to forward them on and passed me a different email. So I did, it took them 2 days to come up with a resolution offer which was to refund the difference in the mattress and refund the postage cost. They then said they will send the missing parts out.
These should come Monday but this means my son has spent 6 nights sleeping on the floor.

Trying to get hold of this company is a nightmare and a lot of others seem to have the same issue. I would recommend they get a contact number for people to ring with issues.

Review of Well Pharmacy

Took 7 days from payment to dispatch

Ordered a prescription on the 28th July approved by GP and paid on the 29th July. Got an email from well on 2nd August saying it was on its way.
This is the usual for them and usually the prescription arrives a few days later.
Not this time though today I checked the app today (6th august) to see when it was sent as it should have been here by now the app said it was only sent on the 5th August.

That’s 7 days since payment was sent they only just got it ready for dispatch that is extremely poor. I was then told if you need more medication then go to A&E or ring out of hours doctors. I am extremely disappointed with this response they didn’t even offer to collect at a local well pharmacy as a rush order or anything.
They lied when they dispatched my prescription and had me thinking it was going to turn up this week now it will be next. Looks like I’m going to have to take up an emergency appointment from the doctors to resolve this issue they have caused.

We have identified a technical issue on Thursday, 5th August where orders that have been posted were not marked as such on customer accounts. When this issue was rectified, it meant that customers were notified of dispatch later than when this actually occurred. It sounds possible that your order has been affected by this but we cannot say for certain without looking at your account. Unfortunately we cannot return a prescription for local collection after it has been dispatched by our pharmacy. My 5 year old son enjoyed every second. He came out chatting away everyday saying what he had done throughout the day and keeps wanting to go back. He would be very tired in the evening which was great for him nodding off so quickly. Definitely recommend

Very pleasant

Very pleasant member of staff willing to help and pointed me in the right direction. The delivered to my requests which came right on time. The ring itself wow it's amazing without seeing the diamond first I was abit unsure. However the sales assistant assured me I would love it and I do but more importantly my fiancée loves it.
Over all a great experiance buying from them.
