To explain: every item we receive goes through a rigorous process that combines our in-house authentication experts, specialist third-party partners, and advanced AI technology. If an item is marked as counterfeit, it’s simply the outcome of these standard checks. In those cases, we are unfortunately unable to list or sell the item.

We know this can feel frustrating, but the reason we apply such strict checks is to protect both sellers and buyers, and to maintain the trust we’ve built with our community. We’re always happy to share more detail about how authentication decisions are made, so you can feel confident that the process is consistent and impartial.
