They offered me £40 then when they 'inspected' the phone they said it had scratches on the screen, and on the side/back. That phone was PERFECT when I sent it off. Ended up with £30.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The website price for your device is paid out for a device recieved in as new condition. Based on the age of your device it was going to be highly unlikely to receive the device in this condition. Your phone was not perfect although it was in good condition. the scrathes were not major but they were there and as such would warrent a reduction in price. also on looking through your account i can see that you advertised your device as being unlocked a but when we tested it we found the device to be locked to a network.

We have fairly tested your device and offered a price based on it condition. you were under no obligation to accept this price.
