The onboarding with Paystream has been seamless and very straightforward.
The initial form filling and provision of information was very straightforward, and this was followed up with phone call from Zoe in the customer care team. She explained exactly how the arrangement would work and that she would be there should I have issues in the future.

This couldn't have been easier! All the current and future information was clear and easily understood, my options and consequences were outlined very clearly and the whole process to move from my current variable rate to the fixed tariff was so simple.

InPost is so convenient - there are numerous drop off points in good locations. Their communication is great - I always know where my parcel is at every stage - and their service is excellent.

This was my first time using InPost and it couldn't have been easier. I used it to send a parcel sold via Vinted. The label was made available digitally, and I chose to print it off and attach to my parcel. I selected the nearest InPost drop off, which happened to be half a mile away at the railway station. Once at the terminal, it was just as simple to follow the on-screen directions and complete the process. I found an email with my parcel tracking details in my inbox on my return home.

It just takes the hassle out of repeat prescriptions. It's very easy to re-order medication via the app or online and delivery is very prompt via Royal Mail. I couldn't even consider going back to running around arranging prescriptions from the GP, then popping of to the pharmacy, only to find half the medication is out of stock!

I've used Pharmacy2U for a couple of years now and have found them excellent in every respect. Access online or via the app is easy, clear and intuitive. Their communication is excellent (eg reminders to order medication or likely delays due to postal strikes etc), and they keep you updated at every stage of the ordering and fulfilment process. They also seem very well co-ordinated with my GP surgery, so there are never any delays at any stage of the process. It has saved me so much time and hassle and I would recommend them to anybody requiring ongoing, repeat prescriptions or medication.

Excellent service right from the first contact. Service was explained clearly, what would happen and when. Good market knowledge provided confidence in their ability to market and sell my property effectively and quickly. Very prompt - appointment made for photographer visit within 2 days and property due to be marketed in next few days.

I'd had a number of VHS and 8mm camcorder tapes gathering dust from the 1990's - memories of my children's early years - but just hadn't got round to getting them converted to digital media.
I saw Digital Converters online and was immediately impressed with clarity of the website, for what I had anticipated being quite a technical fix. The rest of the process went like clockwork - the website was easy and intuitive to navigate and the order process straightforward.
The communication from the DC team was excellent, letting me know exactly what to expect at each step and when it would happen. All postage was sorted and straightforward.
I can now view all those old videos via the memory stick on my computer and share them with my (now grown up) kids, who cringe at the content!!

This is the first time I have used Love Holidays and have been very impressed. The website was very clear and easy to navigate, with a good level of information. The booking process itself was very straightforward and all the documents were provided very promptly. This has all been done very hastily, as I leave in just a fortnight, so needed a speedy process!

Pharmacy2U has taken all the hassle out of ordering and receiving my regular prescriptions. I no longer need to go to the doctor's surgery for the prescription or the pharmacy to pick up the medicine. The ordering process via the website and app is so easy, and helpful hints and tips (eg. ordering earlier to avoid likely delays such as public holidays), are very useful in ensuring the regular orders go in on time. I also receive notifications at each stage of the ordering and fulfilment process, so know exactly when to expect my prescription.

Very easy to order via website or the app. Orders always delivered promptly and communication from the company is excellent. Their liaison with my GP surgery is seamless, and sometimes even provide prompts when I haven't thought to place an order. All in all, it takes the hassle and inconvenience out of needing regular prescriptions, and saves a lot of money at the same time.

If I could have given a negative score, I would have. This company is operating a scam. Our Fit to Fly PCR test results never showed up. Despite numerous attempts to contact the company and ask for the status of our test certificates, we missed our flights! Even then, I couldn't arrange another flight as I had no negative PCR test results. I therefore, had to arrange an emergency PCR test via another company at Heathrow and a cost of £238. After 4 hours, I received my negative test certificate and was able to book another flight, at a cost of £1890!
Upon return from holiday, I received an email from TestnGo apologising for not providing my test results and giving me a refund for their tests! Unbelievable! What about the additionals £238 and £1890 and the unbelievable stress caused by this company. Their service claims are absolutely farcical - you cannot get hold of the company to speak to anyone, and the frontline webchat service operators don't have access to the live system, and so can give no update on the status of your order.
Whilst a PCR test may seem a small consideration in the overall context of a holiday, it has massive implications if it is not fulfilled. I am fortunate in that I was able to find sufficient funds to purchase new flights immediately - many people would not have been in that position and would have lost their holiday!

I was considering options for replacing my stair balustrade, and Stairfurb provided a very clear, well presented and value for money alternative to other companies providing a full purchase and installation solution. The marketing material, literature, videos and website were excellent in explaining what would be involved and how to go about everything from measurement to installation and wood treatments. There was also always someone on hand to talk to for advise if you were unsure about anything.
I placed my order via the website, which was very straightforward. I received confirmation emails and estimates on delivery times. I was able to choose my delivery date to coincide with my own availability to complete the installation.
The installation was fairly straightforward, but does demand a reasonable competence in DIY projects and a good range of tools.
I am really happy with the end result which has already attracted positive comments from friends and family, and I know will have saved me a good deal of money over the alternative solutions.

We were let down by another PCR test provider and missed our flights to the Maldives. Luckily we were able to get another flight, and promptly arranged a PCR test via Express Test at T5 Heathrow. They were excellent. Very well organised and prompt and the test results were emailed back to us within 3 hours. I will have no hesitation in using Express Test in the future rather than having to rely on anonymous testing labs with no customer contact facilities, and the vagaries of the postal system.

The appointment booking process was very easy. The assessor contacted me promptly to arrange a visit, and carried out the assessment within a couple of days. I replied prompt email outlining the results and notification that the certificate had been uploaded.
All in all a very positive and efficient service and experience.

I have been using Pharmacy2U for over a year and have been very impressed with the service. They are very prompt and reliable, keeping me appraised of the status of my order at all stages and advising if there are likely to be any delays. There are regular prompts to ensure orders are placed in time and regular communication to ensure there are no interruptions to my supply. The website is really easy to use and re-ordering of my medication a very simple and straight forward process. I previously had to physically visit my surgery to submit my prescription and then take it to the local pharmacy to get my medication - all that is now history and I have the convenience of it all being delivered to my door via Royal Mail.

Booking was easy. Surveyor got in contact promptly to set up date for assessment. Email sent as soon as assessment completed.
