It was so easy to make my claim for a slightly damaged wheel.

Perfect!!
I discovered a damaged alloy wheel on the 20th July.
I filled in the claim form that day.
Revive contacted me on the 21st July and the repair was carried out yesterday 25th July at my home address.
A very nice company and a great service.
What more can you ask for.

The delivery was quite late - didn't get to us until 8:50 p.m. Also I fell over the boxes as they were stacked awkwardly and a visit to A&E tomorrow will be necessary.

I needed a replacement Shadow Plus Rear Mech for my Mountain Bike and Highon bikes had it in stock and it was on my bike 2 days later.

Part of the order was not received. Contacted Customer Services every day for a week and even sent two emails to their Customer Services. No one resolved the problem and were pretty much useless. I still do not have the outstanding goods. I can't get a refund from them and I checked the website and the goods are no longer in stock!! Very bad Customer Services so avoid ordering online from this retailer!!!

Punctuality! The sample kit arrived next day and the colours were very good.

The parcel arrived on time and although it was heavy there was no damage.
The driver was very courteous and came to the front door instead of leaving at the patio doors as other drivers have done in the past. He placed the parcel in the hallway for me as it was heavy. He also shut the gate when leaving. I wish all drivers could be like him!

Went to the patio door then realised and came to the front door, in the process knocking off a corner post protecting the brick work on the steps. Also left the gate open even though we have a sign asking politely to close the gate!

Arrived when expected, however some of the packaging was ripped. More care needs to be taken with ALL packages delivered.

We ordered 50 bottle tops for home wine bottling. The quality is second to none and most importantly they never leak.

Goods were not delivered even though they sent a text saying goods were delivered.

Regarding the fitting of the blind. The brackets were fitted correctly but the left side of the blind would not click in. Your instructions omits the fact that the brackets need to be lined up perfectly using a piece of string or similar.
The blind looks good but the folds don't fold correctly.
UPDATE Well done Mark at Blinds To Go. Without any hesitation he ordered a replacement blind for me and it was delivered before schedule on the 27th December. Now Blinds To Go can have 5 stars and thank you very much Mark.

The trolleys ordered are great for Portable Appliance Testing as you have everything in one place. These trolleys will be used on an offshore platform.

Homebase was the only store to have Lava Rock for a gas BBQ. I ordered 3 packs and picked them up the next day.
The rocks heat up really quickly so you can reduce the amount of gas you use.

The goods arrived on time by DPD.
I did have a problem with the track light and pendant accessory. I contacted the customer service department with my query and they immediately said they would refund the payment and arrange for DPD to collect the goods. The rest of the order was fine and I would use this company again
