Delayed parcel 5 days and still not arrived

Where is my parcel you’re had it since Tuesday. I’ve had to chase you daily and still getting fobbed off and still no arrival date. Possibly one of the worse delivery services.

Dreadful customer service

Dreadful customer service
I wish to return 2 items which are damaged.
How on earth do I return items when you don’t answer emails and turned your phones off. I’m now stuck with 2 bulky items blocking my hallway. Which is hazardous. Not a happy customer.

Service is dreadful - go elsewhere !!!!

Service is dreadful; I have tried on numerous occasions to try and get through to either a store or your direct online numbers; (which took me forever to find on your website, you need to be a detective to locate your numbers !!!!!) The live chat is not better, been cut off twice after a very long wait. I have spent hours trying to speak to someone today and in the previous weeks. With 2 broken new dishwashers and 1 month later I am still without a dishwasher now been told to call the Orpington shop who don't answer the phone. Bromley shop on the other hand answers straight away but not allowed to assist !!!. I am so dissatisfied with this service, please buy from John Lewis.... their customer service is excellent... might pay a little more but its worth it.. Your keep your stress levels down.

Possible the worst customer service I…

Possible the worst customer service I have ever experienced. DONT BOTHER BUYING FROM THEM.
54% bad reviews sums them up. Spent the entire morning trying to get through to them via live chat and the phone - then got cut off and then put through to Bosch by mistake !!! Dishwasher broke down after 2 weeks!!!! Requested a replacement as under 28 days old, was told can only deliver a new one in 10 days time. RUBBISH !!!!! May I suggest the management look at these reviews and pull their fingers out!!!!!!
