I don’t trust you

I don’t trust you, I’ve been asked to respond to their comments and asked for ref no. I have no idea where this no is. Why is it not at the top of the review. I can imagine how many people won’t even bother to continue as it’s so time consuming and when you know the company isn’t going to do anything about your situation why would you waste your precious time trying make them see how absolutely ridiculous it’s been dealing with a company. It just doesn’t work for the consumer and works perfectly for the trader. I’ve had an email from you saying that my review will be taken down unless I respond but it’s not made simple to do.

Outdoor Furniture NOT a waterproof!!

Absolutely shocking customer service from delivery delays to selling outdoor furniture that isn’t waterproof! That’s right in the small print it says cushions aren’t waterproof so your expected to take your cushions in every time it rains. Absolutely unsuitable for the UK market. Every time you put a negative comment on their pages, they get deleted. Never trust a company that doesn’t have a few controversial comments. I spent over £6000 on furniture that has basically had all the inners disintegrate.

Please note this furniture has not been left out all year and I have photographic evidence that it’s brought in for winter. That’s why I found the cushions falling apart. I was bringing them in to wash them, ready to put the cover over them.
My parents however have a set that they leave out all year and the same hasn’t happened to theirs. I was making a comparison and never have I said they’ve been left out over winter. I was asked if they’d been left out over night to which I replied yes.
Why would anyone buy furniture that isn’t waterproof for outdoors in the UK? It’s not fit for purpose.
It’s obviously not clearly labelled but hidden in the small print. No transparency at all! So apparently if you don’t respond to your review the company can take your review done yet it’s not made easy to do this.

Thank you for your feedback, it is a shame to see this be negative feedback.

To clarify as discussed internally with yourself, the furniture itself is waterproof (The rattan and framework) but the cushions which you have had the issue with, are not. This is clearly advertised on the website, in both the product information and also the T&C's.

We also have a 12 month manufactures warranty on the cushions, which you are also out of this period. It is highly recommended that the cushions are not stored outdoors when not in use, in bad weather conditions or over the winter months to increase the longevity of the cushions as they only carry the 12 months warranty. You have however confirmed that you have left the cushions out all year round, which will affect the integrity of the cushions.

We never wish for customers to be dissatisfied with the service or product but unfortunately as discussed your claim is not covered by the warranty or been followed by company guidance to prevent this from happening.

How on earth has Moda Furniture…

How on earth has Moda Furniture advertising on tv with a 5 star trust pilot rating. Their service in the pandemics was the worst retail experience I have ever had.
On Facebook if you put a bad review on their page, it’s taken down and your blocked. How’s that right. There were so many unhappy shopper with them. Trust Pilot - I’ve just lost faith in you.
You need to check this company out in greater detail.

It’s simply not quick enough from order to delivery. My prescription was lost and I had to ring And email and basically mess about.

As discuss this delay was due to some missing information on your account which caused the prescription not to download. Once we had the missing information the prescription was downloaded, dispensed and dispatched within 24 hours to to.

Our timescales are within 10 working days and this is listed on our website when you register with our service. Our usual timescales are between 3-5 working days, however, we always advise to order your medication 10 days before it is due to allow for your surgery, ourselves and Royal Mail timescales.

I checked my phone in the morning and …

I checked my phone in the morning and it said guaranteed Christmas delivery ends Sunday on many ranges which I assumed meant if I went Saturday I could get the sofa I wanted. When I got there this wasn’t the case so I didn’t need to change all my arrangements and rush down Saturday. It had already ended on many ranges. Don’t know how they get away with this. If it misleads one customer then I would be apologising and making sure that customer wasn’t disappointed and would honour the Christmas delivery. It changed its wording on Monday to say guaranteed delivery on many ranges. This is what it should have said in the first place. It’s ok saying if you scroll down you’ll see the sofas available for Christmas delivery but it doesn’t say this on the initial page. Confused, yes me too.
