My sister & I went for our traditional zizis visit in princes sq Glasgow, on Sat 21st Dec, it will unfortunately be the last, we were informed we had our table for an hour. Our server said ,oh the food comes out very quickly,my sister says,but I don’t want to eat very quickly. The food as always was fine but the visit was spoiled by having one eye on the time rather than relaxing, so Zizi,get more customers through with your new hour slot. We are two that won’t be returning.

The company make the form filling very straightforward & easy.

Rickshaw travel for me were great, they listened to what I wanted and built an itinerary from that,sent it to me, I wanted a couple of changes,they did that and I had a tailor made trip. The key to their success is listening. Excellent service.
On my trip, all these things that had been planed went like clockwork,drivers were always there to meet me on arrival at a new destination, all the guides were knowledgeable and interesting. It took the stress out of travelling.

This one rating is for the fact that,although I booked & paid for the 12.55 Gatwick to Heathrow,there was not this coach on the board. 12.25 then 14.20. So if We had not arrived at the coach stop early, and the very nice driver of the 12.25 said no problem to go with him, we would have missed our flight from Heathrow. Not good at all..hence the one.

I found buying my policy fairly easy straight from the company,but I was already a customer from last year and although I had made no claims, I had to fill in details as though I was a new customer. I would have thought existing customers could just update details,and not have completely new application with no correlation to previous years.Apart from that it was straightforward enough.

I bought my travel insurance from Travelinsurance4medical.co.uk,through a price comparison web site. It gave me all the cover my husband and myself needed for a very fair price. The medical questions asked were straightforward and easy to answer,even with pre existing conditions.
I am very impressed at the cover provided.hoping of course I won't ever need to put it to the test.
