Engineer was courteous and he was professional with us when here..

First time using payment assist, and absolutely excellent service was given from start to finish, our car repairs would not of been done without them. Highly recommend the company, application so straight forward and they really want to get you covered and at your budget!! 5* without hesitation..

As title reads, this so called debt collection agency, has aggressively continued to Harass me, even though I've proven "No debt's actually exist". I'm a disabled person who is also legally known as vulnerable, because of my serious health issues, they were informed by me of this and I followed the legal pre-protocol , as they totally ignored my clear proof that I was not responsible now or have ever been, in Debt to any company!! Their claims are completely erroneous, but through their solicitors "overdales" continued to Harass me for these alleged DEBTS and there's many. They're tried to get my claim "struck out" claiming that I hadn't followed pre -protocol, they were not successful and my claim continues to be valid. I have some very important people who are going to be my witnesses (my GP and consultant) as well as other experts and looking forward to having my Day in Court. Btw the rating is --minus-- 10 and can see clearly how many others have been truly honest with their reviews on this particular company, I will keep this post updated on my claims progress!! Harassment continues by overdales, they keep asking me the" claimant" for information that their defendants Lowell already have??? Threatening that they will get claim "struck out" if I the claimant don't give them this information , not that the claim "may be struck out"but it will be!!! So they are now in the Judges Seat and a hearing hasn't even been set yet!!

This is a minus 10**. HMRC very aware "now" of frauds being conducted by this Scam thieving company,and there's many like them doing exactly the same thing!! To get your "stolen money back" you need to do county court action immediately as I did with Waltonbridge LTD naming also the director as second applicate on court form (get that information from companies house) You will get your money back before it progresses to hearing stage guaranteed!!!!! Please don't delay in filing court action case, especially those of you above, even though they have committed Criminal Offence police won't get involved nor will Inland revenue??? So please just start legal actions immediately!!! You will succeed 100%

Unbelievabley outrageous treatment by this" so called award winning direct collection agency "???? of a disabled person who's been owed over £3000 for over 2yrs, I'm The Claimant !! I struggled to get through the whole county court long process because of my mental health issues and other serious genuine health problems, paid £72 out of my benefits to get this matter sorted out by this company, to then be told that they are closing the enforcement "WHY" because they said they have seen evidence that the debtors are in a vulnerable situation, they apparently only have a residential address to call at?? The one that is owned by debtors and who also is an active director of over 4 other companies Active (companies house confirmed) As a genuine vulnerable person myself I understand that enforcement has to be done in a certain way, but to say they will close my court order down, isn't what the law says regarding my legal rights as the Claimant and certainly not fulfilling their legal obligations towards me, I've had to chase them up every time to get updates on what they have done, I've given them all the information i.e the debtors correspondence address is just an accountants address (most if not all their companies have same address) they have debtors address in other words His Assets, to collect my money, they have done nothing whatsoever on my the Claimant's behalf in enforcement action ordered by the high court, I now have to start legal actions against the enforcement so called award winning 😡😡 direct collection agency?? Their legal obligations towards me as the Claimant have not been enforced whatsoever, no advice given no help, extremely bad attitude given to me over the phone and email, as others have said, the debtors can say anything (this one is a serial debtor 9-10 CCJs) and is being allowed to stick 2 fingers up to us the Claimants, by the one's who make all the claims on their "success rates" against their competitors 🤔🤔🤔 my experience proves DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE please, I will update this review when I get anything to update on, the standard's they have to follow are clearly outlined on how they must go about enforcement action, the only one who has written Laws on their side is the Claimants (debtors have guidelines not laws) so I wouldn't recommend this company to collect my bin's, the score above is a minus 10, absolutely disgusting way to treat a Claimant who's looked to get justice and recovery of money owed for over 2 years, and has the law's on their legal side for enforcement, that's the theory anyway!! Don't touch this company with a barge pole please, as you will have seen in other genuine reviews on here I'm not the first person which has received an extremely bad service, So be Warned 🤔😡🤔😡Mr Leslie Brian Vogel.

Excellent service and professional friendly service, engineer Simon set up everything and made sure everything was working 100% before he left, he even took his boots off outside our door, this is something that you don't get from everyone, respect to him for this, as we had a brand new carpet laid!!
