As title reads, this so called debt collection agency, has aggressively continued to Harass me, even though I've proven "No debt's actually exist". I'm a disabled person who is also legally known as vulnerable, because of my serious health issues, they were informed by me of this and I followed the legal pre-protocol , as they totally ignored my clear proof that I was not responsible now or have ever been, in Debt to any company!! Their claims are completely erroneous, but through their solicitors "overdales" continued to Harass me for these alleged DEBTS and there's many. They're tried to get my claim "struck out" claiming that I hadn't followed pre -protocol, they were not successful and my claim continues to be valid. I have some very important people who are going to be my witnesses (my GP and consultant) as well as other experts and looking forward to having my Day in Court. Btw the rating is --minus-- 10 and can see clearly how many others have been truly honest with their reviews on this particular company, I will keep this post updated on my claims progress!! Harassment continues by overdales, they keep asking me the" claimant" for information that their defendants Lowell already have??? Threatening that they will get claim "struck out" if I the claimant don't give them this information , not that the claim "may be struck out"but it will be!!! So they are now in the Judges Seat and a hearing hasn't even been set yet!!
