Watch out, devious in signing you up to a subscription

I tried it out and it upset my stomach, not sure why it could be the sweetners, but emailed to say I wasn't happy and would like a refund. No response.

Then a week later I get an email like many saying another order is on its way through my subscription!!

What subscription??? I never signed up like many reviewers on here. I know my way around websites and subscription services and this was very underhanded. I sent an email straight away saying I do not want this product as stated before and to stop the order before it's sent out.

Received a standard AI reply. 6 hrs later I receive another msg to say they've dispatched it!!! This is another £39 out of my account. I'm so angry.

I went into my account and cancelled the miraculous subscription I never set up, after jumping through lots of hoops.

They've lost my trust. I hate companies that work like this

Don't order from them. Awful company

2 months on and still waiting for a pack of pillows worth £22. I just want a refund. Sick of waiting. Sent multiple emails, no one replies. No phone number to call. Going to contact trading standards. Want to write an email to the CEO Jason walker to tell him how shockingly bad his company is. Don't order from them.

First time ordering, great experience! Delivery was on time and quick with regular post office updates. The perfume was a brilliant price and packaged well. We definitely order from them again.

The worst company I've ever come…

The worst company I've ever come across. I have a Google pixel 4a phone which Google decided to do an update which I had no control over. It killed my battery and rendered it useless to use outside of he home unless it's on constant charge.

They've acknowledged my phone is affected, but it won't allow you to request a replacement. You put in your IMEI number and it's says " there seems to be a problem " !!!!!!!!

One of the biggest tech companies in the world and this is what happens. We've emailed for over 3 weeks, constant phone calls, support that's working from the Philippines is an absolute waste of time.

Please don't buy Google phones, I will never own another again after this.

Missing items, customer service non existent

Don't know what has gone wrong with this company. Used to be really good. I placed a large order on the 1st January for bedding and towels. The order came in drips & drabs. I'm now, a month on waiting for two towels and a pack of form pillows. Looked into it, it's saying not even processed! A MONTH on. I'm going away and needed them for now, nothing..

Even worse there is no customer service, no phone line and no one replies to emails. If I'd known this I wouldn't have ordered from them.

Our cats love it !

Both cats love the food, they gobble it up not even leaving a flake in sight, this is obviously the most important thing. But also they are full of energy & have a shiny coat. The orders are always on time and packaged well.

Ordered 3 boxes of frankincense &…

Ordered 3 boxes of frankincense & myrrh. They have completely changed the scent from 2 years ago, after sending an email & then calling, the lady said they had changed it. It's horrible, smells like old lady soap powder. Nothing like the scent 2 years ago. All customer service offered was for me to return it ??? Not good customer service at all. Really disappointed. I've ordered from Ava may for years, but I will think twice in the future.

No parcel, don't order as they use Evri as their courier

Where do I start? If id known Disney used Evri as their courier I wouldn't have bothered ordering. Ordered gifts for my daughter, were supposed to deliver 2 days after i ordered, Evri sent a time slot, unfortunately I wasn't going to be in so diverted the parcel 3 mins down the rd.
That's when the problems started, 14 days later after 4 phone calls and emails, no parcel.
The Disney staff at guest relations are lovely , but unfortunately the courier they've chosen to work with is horrendous and i would guess is outright stealing from them, you cant "loose" that many parcels.
Parcel has been sent out again as replacement ( lets see if i get this one) I'm sure Evri know it will just be replaced which is why they don't bother.

Wont ever order again while they use Evri.

Listen to your customers Shop Disney !!!!!!

Really bad experience, nightmare putting order through, went through to payment, then just switched over to blank screen no confirmation, no idea if payment went through, was over £100 too!!! no one to contact due to " feeding the nation" well if that's the case, take the website down if you can man it correctly. Sort your website out! you've lost me as a customer.

Awful customer service won’t ever order again !

Ordered a T-shirt for a show and paid extra for next day delivery as I needed the T-shirt urgently, it said the T-shirt came with a mystery geek box, ok I thought not really bothered by that but if it’s free great. The geek box came the next day ( big box holding 4 bits of rubbish like badges/ key ring)I opened it , NO T SHIRT ! Had to
Instant msg customer service as there is no phone line for them, to have them say that the next day delivery only applies to the geek box not the T-shirt ! No where on their website does it say that , why would anyone want next day delivery on an item that they don’t even know what it is and not have their actual order sent out ?? Blatant lie if you ask me, I think someone just forgot to put the T-shirt in the box ! They said they will refund the next day delivery, but it’s now the day of my show and I have NO T-shirt so the order was pointless, waste of money for me and a massive disappointment on my 1st time ordering with them. NEVER AGAIN !

Now a week on and still no T-shirt , the reply said it would be despatched in a few days, we’ll that’s funny because dan at your customer service said it was despatched on Wednesday so someone is lying to me yet again. No number to call to speak to anyone just half hearted reply saying it’s on it way. I’ve had enough, I want to cancel the order ! I supposed that will take 3 days of msg back and forth too !
Little tip to on line companies when you set these things up, put some time and energy in getting your customer service right ! Iwoot didn’t !

dont order online terrible customer service

Ordered a dress for young daughter in the sales , I've never ordered online as we used to have a local store but it closed down , dress arrived it was terrible quality the fabric was cheap looking , no lining in the dress as the fabric was very scratchy so there was no way my daughter could have had it next to her skin , the flower in the dress was broken, returned and wrote a complaint to customer services explaining, only after i emailed a second time to complain did they reply with " send it back to store " ! I don't have a local store as I'd stated in the email , I've received no email saying the money has been refunded ( 3 weeks now ) and no other response plus I'm out of pocket a delivery charge due to their poor workmanship ! Will
Never order online again !

terrible customer service , poor quality plants and delays and damaged plants

Put in a fairly large order of £65 on 6th may , two lots of begonias which were on special offer, magnolia tree which was a present and a tomtato plant which was also a present , the magnolia arrived with brown curled up leaves and many completely dead, the tomtato never arrived I had to chase this up ( on the phone for 16 mins waiting ) to be told it was damaged in transit but nobody bothered to email or call , still waiting for despach of this ( it will be too late to plant soon) and only one lot of begonias sent when I called to complain about this they could see on my web order it said two packs of 30 plants ( the offer was x2 packs for £20 ) but on their system it only said only one lot , the customer care chap said I must have only ordered one therefore only one was going out, unbelievable I said did he think I'd gone into my web order somehow and typed in two packs which I HAD ordered , wouldn't even apologised and charged me for the second pack which is now delayed, awful customer experience are looking else where to order now , and upset that what should have been a nice present has arrived in such poor condition. Never again !!
