Utility/en-suite renovation

We chose Eclipse to undertake a utilty room and en-suite renovation in 2023.
Our initial meeting with Jay, the designer, reassured us that we had chosen the right company. He was knowledgeable /professional and guided us through the whole process from the initial survey to manufacture and fitting. Eclipse offered a wide range of quality products, this was matched by the skill and expertise of the installers who ensured a perfect finish to our projects. We are more than delighted with the result and would highly reccomend Eclipse to anyone.

delivery problems!!!!!

Asked Hayes to contact me prior to delivery - did not. E mail received stating driver would contact me the night before delivery - did not. Had to ring on Hayes on the morning of expected delivery to find out time slot. On arrival young delivery driver was courteous and very friendly whilst older delivery driver stayed in the van leaving the younger guy to struggle. On reflection should just have collected garden furniture my self as I only live 40 minutes away. What a shame that some parts of customer service were sadly lacking!!!

Dear Mr McDonald, Thank you for your feedback. I am so sorry you are disappointed with our customer service, and I can fully appreciate why. In our defence, however, yes you did ask to be contacted prior to delivery. You placed your order at 7.21pm on the Friday evening and at 8.08pm that night we advised you by email that delivery would be the following Friday, ie. 20th May. We did not telephone as we did not wish to impose on a weekend evening. Unfortunately, on occasions our drivers are unable to ring the evening before delivery, and for this I am so very sorry. I have passed your comments on to the Transport Manager re. the delivery drivers. I can totally understand your frustration Mr McDonald, and wish to convey our sincere apologies.Kind regards, Janice
