Great price for the item and the delivery was fast. The quilt itself is great, never had a detachable quilt before. It’s heavy considering but oh so warm. The other half loves it as she’s always cold……

I was very impressed, even from the first initial phone call there was a high degree of helpfullness and understanding as to my options and what the process would involve.
Throughout the process every step was discussed and explained to make sure I was happy and understood.
We discussed my concerns and needs of an appropriate mortgage and came to a decision as to what mortgage suited me best, in which I believe I got a good deal.
After sending the obligatory paperwork to Ashby Mortgages I literally had to sit back and wait as Errol continued to complete the mortgage application on my behalf, constantly updating me as to what the next step would be and the paperwork I would be receiving and if any action was required with it.
I had a very smooth transition from one Mortgage provider to another with minimal fuss, which to be honest is what everybody wants!!!

Easy website to use. Once you know your Ted Baker sizes then it’s straight forward.
The fit and quality are really good and I like the styles. Most of my shirts are Ted’s.

Easy ordering. Item was delivered in the normal time guidelines although they did not send the email to say order had been dispatched. (It was not a vital or valuable item) American golf does seem to have a lot more choice although not always at a competitive price but they have honoured a price match when asked in store which can be beneficial.

The dispatch times were quite prompt as I requested the standard delivery.
At first the garment was not delivered, this was due to no-one at home not being able to sign for the item which is a standard requirement from Ellis Brigham (I was initially unaware of this fact), however I received a phone call from Interlink (delivery Company) and the situation was promptly sorted with a quick call from them.
Overall I am very satisfied with the service from Ellis Brigham and the delivery company. Will use there services again without hesitation.
