Very poor customer service always trying to RIPPLE OFF with highest repairs charges in the world my boiler had problems as well blockage in pipe work. For boiler they come back with £950-1250 to repair. Pipe work they turn around and come back to my policy don’t cover it. So I was paying nearly £35 a month for nothing. I would not recommend British Gas to any one including my worst enemy.
It's good service don't have to go to pharmacy pick up medicine but service is bit slow once you order its take pharmacy2u approx 4 days to dispatched and deliver

I am sorry to hear that you find out service quite slow when delivering the medication. After checking your account I can see when we receive your prescriptions from your surgery as you request these directly with them we dispatch these the same day or the following day depending on the time we have received this.
We now use Royal Mail 48 hour service, so we advise delivery can take 2 working days, if you ever wish to place the request via Pharmacy2U we would advise you to do this a week before you are due to run out to allow enough time for us to deliver the order.

What a rubbish second class service why are you stressing me out why don't you just say what you want say come with your what ever disission you want to come up with remember this is last company in this world you want take out travel insurance with unless you like getting strees when they ever they will settle Thank you for reading they just like takeing your money and issue cover that all they good at it
