I have rated my experience purely on my contact with senior consultant Alison today who sorted my issue straight away.Previous consultants have completely failed….If only all consultants were like Alison.

Lovely top as always from Weird fish … always choose delivery with Royal Mail though as too many parcels going missing at Evri depot … this was a replacement for one that disappeared?

I actually found an advisor who actually listened to everything I asked…thanks DJ2 for everything.

Wish I could give zero stars…selling items they do not have in stock… one rep told me they would send them as soon as they were in stock and now 10days later they have cancelled my Order ???? To top it all, they are still showing in stock, more expensive than when I placed my order??…Their response does not make sense..they cancelled my order saying not in stock so I ordered alternative FG boots…I really wanted AG which they now say are in stock ???
