After years of ordering from TE, I had an issue with a NIKE tennis T when I washed it after wearing one time. "Customer Support" told me no returns after being worn or washed. I think this is terrible. He suggested that I take a picture and dispute it with NIKE? I believe that Tennis Express should be the one to stand by the product and/or dispute if necessary. What is customer support anyway?

I purchased a dress. It took over two weeks fur the dress to arrive. It was too small and the size scale was way off. I wanted to exchange it but the event I ordered the dress fit had already passed. The cost to return the dress to Hong Kong would be more than the price of the dress so all they agreed to is giving me $8.00 towards another purchase. I lost $25.00.
