Who do you have to SNAP on to get these heinous harassing people to leave you alone! OMG, I've even written CEO Jo Ann Jenkins (jjenkins at aarp . org) begging them to please delete my information and stop contacting me. She ignored my email. I can't wait for the Class Action Lawsuits and have plenty of Proof for the Legal Team in Defense of the person they've pushed and disrespected to the point of snapping. Seemingly they just don't care. Isn't it against the law to contact someone when they've bagged and pleaded with you to leave them alone!
I'm beyond so sorry I ever gave these careless clueless crooks a dime of my money or a second of my attention.

I've cancelled my Disney account and stopped watching anything ABC because of their softness on politicians and the likes.

When this company starts supporting the people who make their profit possible then I'll consider coming back.

My account was hacked by a group of hackers.
I can no longer access my account so their useless links to close the account do NOT help.

Every time one of the Hackers uses my account I get an email from PubG/Krafton letting me know someone in another country (Turkey to be exact) is having fun at my expense. I'm in the U.S.
You'd think this would be a clue to these clueless careless creatures. I don't live in flipping Turkey!!!

This has been going on for years. I've sent these emails to spam, I blocked them, And yet I'm still constantly receiving them.

I've closed my Google Play account and that did not help.

I have hundreds and hundreds of emails from this company and about just as many I've sent Krafton begging them to leave me alone, Suspend or delete the account or delete my contact information.

Do they care, NO!

Eventually this clueless careless company is going to push/ignore the wrong person.

They're begging for a Luigi like I've begged them to leave me alone.

If you play this game, you have much much more to lose than you realize!

I feel it safe to assume this clueless careless company is going to push the wrong person to the wrong extent one day with their endless daily letters and emails once they've gotten your personal contact information.

I've contacted this clueless careless company more times than I can count begging them to leave me alone.

I'm assuming the only way you can get any attention from this company other than to give them your money is to go personally into their office and SNAP!

GOD knows otherwise, they just don't care!

My PubG account was hacked by a group of hacker's who have me locked out while enjoying all my successes.

My issue, every time they login I get an email. I sent them to Spam and also blocked but yet still get the emails notifying me of these hackers great enjoyment at my expense.

Do you think Krafton cares?

They have reply twice over the last couple of years (with mute/useless options) out of the hundreds of emails I sent them.

Eventually they are going to be on the News when someone who's been continually disrespected like I have has had enough and goes into the Krafton Corporate office in California and snaps.

When that happens, I'll have an amazing amount of unignorable evidence for the attorney's representing the person who was pushed and pushed and pushed by this careless clueless company!

I lived in another County under Sec 8 for many decades with hardly ever an issue. Nothing that couldn't ever be resolved with caring conversation and mindful thought.
In 5 years here w/MCHA I've experienced nothing but pain, aggravation, and unimaginable grief.
Had to move 4 times because of their capitulation to landlords while ignorant to tenants rights. Even had a life altering accident that could have been easily avoided if their Inspectors and Director were worth spit! These people are going to kill someone with their heinous carless idiocy!!
These "people" are one accident away from a Class Action Lawsuits and JAIL for all their conspiring cronyism and criminal negligence!
They are so stupid with their Teflon Egos they hand over damning evidence against them daily.
This has been my nightmare of an experience in my 5 years in McHenry County Illinois under MCHA in a nutshell.

Nothing is left of this failure of a credit repair company except for advertisements to other credit type companies, The last ditch efforts at a last penny.

But then I guess I shouldn't be surprised after finding out Zendesk is behind it/part of it.
Any company using Zendesk is projecting out loudly how much they really truly do not care about their customer.

All this company has truly successfully managed to do is gather a lot of people's personal information ...and run!
