Anyone who sends out as many emails like AARP sends out mailers has got to have problems keeping customers/repeat business. Illinois Lottery, where nobody cares and Generic careless replies were born!
Twice in a row now I've deposited $10 into my Illinois lottery account through your App, as my bank records will reflect. Though your end shows no deposit has been made.
The last time I went through this, all I was able to seemingly accomplish was attempted communications with complete incompetence and full tilt contemptuous carelessness.
So, Now I've come to learn something very valuable here. NEVER EVER trust or give one thin Dime to this constant soulless loser entity.
Moving forward, I'll be the loudest voice of Antitrust and Anti-Gambling concerning the Illinois Lottery, it's broken Systems and sad Office.

Years ago my Son started his Heat & Air Courses at Lake County College. For weeks he walked miles in below zero weather to catch a Public Transportation bus to get to the College. He'd leave the house 5am to get to his 8am class ...FOR WEEKS AND WEEKS!! For many weeks the Guidance Office and the Financial Dept could not explain why the money hadn't gone through leaving him without his Books for the Courses while he still did his best to stay on page with the rest of the class. He had forged a fantastic relationship with his Instructor. He'd come home so happy and proud of his accomplishments, what he's learned that day. Showing me things that made us both so incredibly happy. I hadn't seen my Son this excited to learn since Kindergarten. The 'lady' at the desk in the Guidance Office would give black people all the time, attention and energy and then some while smiling bright and batting her eyes. If you are white it was almost cold the way she treated and barely responded to you doing as little as she could. Finally we found out there was a mistake with my Son spelling of his name causing an issue with the finances. They said he'd have to start over next Semester. After an incredibly hard life this was my Son's last straw. I had never seen my Son work so hard, so diligent at something after struggling so hard through high school. This was going to be his fresh start. And he was robbed of it by racist. This small mistake made a life changing whirlwind of negative outcomes. When I called this 'ladys' boss I was given an apology with excuses and zero resolvement. In all my life this is one of the most top disgusting things I've ever personally witnessed and experienced.
Date of Experience was approx 2014-15 ..the ever lasting pains of this life changing experience still goes on to this present day.
How this company manages to exist screams to the heavens of how crooked it is! Because no company that completely fails like this one does would otherwise exist. Moved into my Apartment a 11 months ago. The poor lady here before me keeps getting her personal health/insurance info sent here to me more than monthly (I have the proof). I've called Aetna, I send all her mail back to them with a written note, "Return to sender, this person no longer lives here, and do these baffling buffoon idiots care, CAN THEY EVEN READ?!? PSYCHOPATHS WITH ZERO EMPATHY!! If I wasn't a faithful person, I'd visit their heartless brainless CEO myself!! It's because of people like this we have Luigi's in the World!! I had my own personal nightmare with this clueless careless idiotic heartless brainless company. Was left in excruciating pain for weeks because someone in a dark little windowless office somewhere in a cold dark basement thinks they know more than an ER Doctor! After a bad fall leaving two Labral tears in each of my Shoulders they felt I didn't need the Lidocaine patches even though I've been with them for 2 years and never fill a prescription, not once. I wish this company all the pain United Healthcare has dealt with and MORE!! I WISH THEM ALL THE PAIN THEY PURPOSELY CAUSE. THEY ASK FOR IT. THEY 100% DESERVE IT!!
Publicizing disinformation, these are the kinds of Companies that make life Hell! Telling the World my Son lived with my Father who died long before my Son was born. Say's my Father is still alive at 97 when he died in his 60's. This isn't useful information, this is a disservice of epic proportion. The kind that should shut there door's forever!! Reading the reviews here about them tells me they are at least a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT IN THE MAKINGS! Reckless beyond regards. This should be considered criminal if it isn't already.

I've reached out to the people at the Woodstock Independent in infamous 'Groundhog Day' Woodstock, Illinois a few times regarding corruption within the Woodstock Village and have never received a reply. I have proof of some pretty sick happenings within Woodstock Illinois and seemingly their News Paper wants nothing to do with it. Are they as corrupt as the corruption I'm trying to get them to view, question and talk about? Why won't they communicate/reply? I've had to deal with a twice Congressional Nominee retired CNN Reporter Landlord (who was kicked out of a Woodstock County Courthouse because of her deplorable 'my poop doesn't stink' kind of behavior) with her 911 retired dispatch Officer Husband who feels and acts like they're above the Law. A corrupt Woodstock Police Officer I have on video saying he didn't care about the safety of Woodstock children and also on film laughing it up with the passenger of the lady who hit me with her vehicle. Officer didn't do anything as he says (I have this on film too) "because they already left the scene". I'm pretty sure that's called A Hit And Run Officer. I bet a Report wasn't even filed though I hope I'm wrong here and if not, that's proof enough in itself! Not to mention a corrupt Housing Authority and Building & Zoning Office. And not to mention my Son who suffers from Schizophrenia with more than 70 Court Dates in under two years not including all the other countless responsibilities they threw on him. The Township said they'd do an investigation and get back to me (I have in an email). I never received anything from an Investigation from the Township. You can see the always present and evolving incredible teamwork of the staff, like a well oiled machine. The Dental Room's are always spotless clean while comfortable and aesthetically relaxing/pleasing. Hardly a wait in the living room, I mean waiting room. Though it is seriously as comfortable as a well designed living room. On my second visit, I was offered free lunch from the grill, cooked by the ultra kind staff enjoying the beautiful sunshiny day outside. And I also got a free new toothbrush and toothpaste. All the kind of surprises you want, none of the ones ya don't! Now that's a win win. 😁

The saddest and most frustrating of experiences, when told from the Doctor's Office, "we're doing our best" while seeing/experiencing only the WORST. While seeing your Son constantly circle certain death.
My Sons been diagnosed with Schizophrenia, with zero Medical Testing from my knowledge other than Blood Draws and Physical Observation/Communication.
I've read the DSM-IV-TR (The Diagnostic & Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders) and Aunt Martha's Woodstock Community Health Center has done nothing but the bare minimum if that and some flipping pills.
For years I've been trying to communicate with my adult Son's Healthcare 'Team' and Dr. Pocholo Florentino at Aunt Martha's Woodstock Community Health Center in hopes to get some kind of clearer understanding of what Brain Damage is causing his Mental Health issues to no avail w/out care while my Son bounces in and out of jails and hospitals, life risking damn incident after life risking damn incident. Every flipping person that knows my Son well and are familiar with his journey are surprised he's still alive!
Where do the excuses end and the care begin. I'm watching my Son slowly disintegrate. This is Cancer on Steroids!
