How this company manages to exist screams to the heavens of how crooked it is! Because no company that completely fails like this one does would otherwise exist.
Moved into my Apartment a 11 months ago. The poor lady here before me keeps getting her personal health/insurance info sent here to me more than monthly (I have the proof).
I've called Aetna, I send all her mail back to them with a written note, "Return to sender, this person no longer lives here, and do these baffling buffoon idiots care,
CAN THEY EVEN READ?!? PSYCHOPATHS WITH ZERO EMPATHY!!
If I wasn't a faithful person, I'd visit their heartless brainless CEO myself!!
It's because of people like this we have Luigi's in the World!!
I had my own personal nightmare with this clueless careless idiotic heartless brainless company. Was left in excruciating pain for weeks because someone in a dark little windowless office somewhere in a cold dark basement thinks they know more than an ER Doctor! After a bad fall leaving two Labral tears in each of my Shoulders they felt I didn't need the Lidocaine patches even though I've been with them for 2 years and never fill a prescription, not once.
I wish this company all the pain United Healthcare has dealt with and MORE!!
I WISH THEM ALL THE PAIN THEY PURPOSELY CAUSE.
THEY ASK FOR IT.
THEY 100% DESERVE IT!!
