Bought as a birthday present. Goods just as described. The only thing I would say was, you had to purchase through the klarna payment tool which means signing up for something you may not want. I phoned customer services to cancel this one goods received. It takes 30 days to process. I wouldn't have gone to all this trouble but I wanted a pandora charm for my granddaughter's birthday which was old stock and not available from pandora itself.

Product required not available in the shop so the assistant sourced one from another area and arranged delivery. Very helpful.

My parcel did not arrive when looking at web site it had not been processed. The customer service web site is abysmal after much frustration, I phoned a shop and they gave me an email address. Parcel was received a few days later.

Sample tile arrived promptly well packaged, decided to order second sample awaiting that before making a decision.
Tiles good quality and just what we need.

We have purchased Malaga octagonal wall tiles for a feature wall in the shower. These were £59 a metre - not the cheapest.
Now the tiles are on the wall you can see the pitted marks on them.
I asked if they were seconds but was told NO and nothing can be done because tiles are on the wall and we should have inspected every tile before it was used. Needless to say this was utter rubbish as we had a pallet of tiles delivered.
Manager at Chester very unhelpful and Tile Giant reviews don't seem to get published unless you give a glowing report. I am still waiting for a reaction from Customer services.
If you are looking for similar tiles go to Topps tiles they have a similar product but superior quality.
A lesson learnt for us be wary of the tile giant they will refer you to company T&C which was hidden behind a display at the counter if you have an issue.

Ordered two pairs of glasses on 6 July, sun glasses arrived promptly. On enquiring about 2nd pair was told they were in the post.Eventally I phoned again and this was looked into. I received an apologetic call and said something had gone wrong - it was human error and the lenses had been rejected but that my glasses were now going to be prioritized and would be ready in 7 days. I phoned on day 7 to see if they had been dispatched - no.
I now have to an email showi ng order confirmation on 6/7 and 3/8.

Book received promptly.

Was my missing book of The Clifton Chronicles from a series of 7 books so very happy.
