1 parcel arrived today no problem but a parcel that got as far as the delivery depot disapeared not the 1st time either

Glitch

Had a quote, went online on the Sunday, paid for the policy, Monday no email no confirmation of insurance, rang Monday morning on the phone an hour, assured it would be sorted asap, 15.00 i had my confirmation, at least it was sorted.

Finaly got my M10 Upper and other bits today. Fantastic product, plus i have managed to make an AR6 with a lower i allready had, I cant wait to try it out, next i will need some extra magazines 🤣

Good service and delivery. But its a shame that you cannot fullfill my other order from 02.07.24 because 1 item is not in stock. Perhaps you need to up your production to meet customers needs.

Hello,

unfortunately, when we run out of products, we have to wait for delivery from the factory so that we can supply our customers. We can split orders, but this can lead to additional costs in shipping, so we have decided against splitting orders.

Absolute joke of a company

Absolute joke of a company, waited in and monitored the delivery on the app, delivery driver was across the road, next minute sorry we have missed you message, photo taken from across the road, phoned up straight away, call centre said we will get your local depot to call you (Abergele) they called admited their tracker showed the driver across the rd,said theyd get hold of the driver an call me back, called back said they couldnt get hold of him and a load of excuses full of Bull.
