Asked for a quote. Got the automated response that the quote had been registered. Never heard from them again.
Nothing landed in my junk folder other than the automated response. Unfair or not he one star review is a reflection of the service received…..or not received as it may be.

2nd time of using this company. Both times the quality of the mattresses has been great. Kept advised of the delivery status and received a call from the driver when he was 30mins away.
Friendly, helpful drivers.

Had two deliveries over two days.
Both times the courier did not even go to my front door, let alone ring the bell. Instead they chose to let themselves into the back of my property and left the package in the garden.
I do not have a safe place listed on my deliveries as the home is occupied 24hrs a day.
I now refuse to buy from anyone who uses Hermes as their courier.

Needed to replace the door of my washer. eSpares had the exact door I needed and was delivered next day. Unfortunately the replacement was damaged upon delivery.
Contacted customer services and a further replacement was sent the same day and received the next.
