Travel Insurance Claim

We had a Travel Insurance Claim to make as my wife broke her collarbone shortly before we were due to travel. We submitted a Claim with all our supporting paperwork, and Davies Group, and in particular Joe Tunbridge, dealt with it professionally and quickly, and the settlement was received within a few days.

Item delivered yesterday, confirmed today!

Item delivered yesterday, confirmation with photo came at 0747 this morning......have spent 4+ hours this morning with neighbours looking for this morning's missing delivery.
Have just realised the confirmation received at 0747 was for yesterday's delivery-why the delay?

Indesit Washer Dryer

Our Washer Dryer broke down irrevocably on Wednesday 20 April after 15 years so needed a replacement quickly. Ordered from Marks Electrical on Friday 22 April and delivered at 9.15am Monday 25th April. Very impressed with the machine (and price), and Marks did exactly what they said they would: gave us a 2 hour slot on Sunday evening, and a text on the Monday morning with an accurate delivery time. The two employees that delivered were courteous, quick, clean and efficient. Really excellent service, and will use again and recommend.
