I have to use the click and collect because you do not stock what I require in the shop not even the large shops. I just hate trying to collect there is always a problem. This last time I asked for the order and the girl just talked over me. I began to repeat my request and was told, I heard you the first time to which I replied as you talked over me and did not answer the question I posed, I assume you had not heard me. She went to collect the item and thrust it into my hands. No smile, no thank you - sorry I was such a nuisance!

Used to really like both Kaleidoscope and Look Again but over the last few months they have become a lot less efficient. The items are not as high a standard anymore. More and more they are eroding what was good about them. It seems since Freemans have
been visibly involved the standard has dropped. The latest is the annual delivery has been withdrawn, until I pointed out that I had paid, in good faith for a year and still had until next spring to run. A good enough reason to deal with other companies in the future after years of dealing with Look Again and their sister companies.

Delivered to a different post code. Could not fill in form on-line as it did not recognised their tracking number. The photo of the delivery was not my property but it stated I had signed for it??
Things go wrong but I was struggling to let DHL know I had not received my parcel. It was the kindness of a neighbour of the person who had received the parcel that brought the parcel to me as it had been delivered to an elderly lady. Without that act I would not have a clue where my parcel was

Review of Matalan
After visiting my ‘local’ ( 2 buses) Matalan I was informed that the item I wanted had to be purchased on line “click and collect. The item cost £4 with a delivery to the store of 99p a mark up of 25%. The item was delivered speedily and easy to pickup. The second point is the item measured 10cm x 2cm so would of not taken up much room to be stocked in store.
The parcel was in a display package measuring 15cm x 9cm and then placed into a outer packaging bag for delivery of 70cm x 68cm😵
Really is this not a waste of money time and efficiency?

When I arrived I was waiting at the counter for my click and collect, there was no other customers and sadly no staff. After a few minutes I spotted two members of staff deep in a conversation with the person that should have been on the desk speaking to another person sat
Down with her back to the counter. After having to get their attention, the young women came across immediately and was very courteous in her service but no apology was forthcoming.

I always receive good service from Curry’s. As they have changed their carriers, in light of postal strikes, they have been very successful in riding the storm.

Review of Costa Coffee
What is going on. My friend and I go to various places and always use Costa Coffee as we are assured of the quality but this is not the case at Crown Point Denton. The coffee was in paper cups and the cake was in a bag when eating in.
We were all on top of each other as only a small part of the seating was in use. The most frightening is if there was a fire the exit is blocked off so we would have to exit via the queue and pass through the service area which would be the most likely place a fire would start.
I always enjoy the cake and I am usually spoilt for choice this was not the case and we decided on the Lemon and coconut this was extremely dry.
The worse part of this experience was the manager who on two occasion had a go at the customers, shouting at a couple of teenage girls and on another occasion an elderly lady. All this took place in about ten minutes She has quite a young staff and they are having to witness the extreme bad behaviour of somebody they should be learning from. I came away from Costa feeling extremely anxious and will not be visiting Crown Point again if that is all they have to offer. I enjoy meeting up with my friend and we enjoy going for a coffee and a cake but it will not be for a while at Costa

I ordered three items of which two were as requested the third however was not. I immediately sent the item back and set to sorting out the problem, this I did via the web chat. I am unsure whether it was the note I sent with the returned item or the web chat that sorted the problem. So on this occasion I would have liked to award 4.5 instead of 5. I have to state in your defence it is the first time an order has been incorrect and it was relatively easy to sort apart from the fact I had to walk to the Evri collection shop to return the incorrect item

I use Toolstation quite often the reason being they are always so helpful and extremely cheerful when you visit the shop. The click and collect is very handy. On the latest visit I ordered something overnight and was surprised to find, the next day it had not arrived. Immediately they were full of apologies and swiftly reordered for the next day. Yes things go wrong but it is so refreshing that they acknowledged the mishap and immediately went into action to sort with full apologies. When things go well, which is the norm then one measures how good they sort something not going so well and all I can say they handle it in an excellent way.

Speedy, efficient and extremely easy.
I have purchased quite a few items from them and I have always been fully satisfied. On one occasion when something was not quite right I placed a call. The first reaction from the lady who answered the phone began by apologising for me having to contact them and promised to sort the problem immediately. It was a Saturday afternoon and by Sunday afternoon I had a replacement part delivered to me with no fuss.
