Hi Deborah, I understand that you have received an email saying that parcel has been delivered. However, you have not received your parcel. Also, no card was left to let you know about the delivery. 2 nights running parcels delivered up to 6 hours late ! One at 11.30 pm!!!! left in recycling bin!! And soaking wet!and the other delivered 10.30pm instead of 4.30,left on top of log box in plain view! No notification on either to say they'd be running late

Scam company! Stupidly sent off and paid for two orders .. obviously didn't receive.followed tracking ,sent several e mails ...fobbed off with customs clearance rubbish ,today received extremely cheap n nasty ring??? Have now sent email demanding a refund . Do not fall for it ...it's not boo hoo ....today received another cheap ring I assume for second order I stupidly placed !!!!

I do not agree with this at all so have decided to close my account which is a shame as enjoyed site,had no problems depositing but will now move to another site

Courier didn't knock but sent e mail saying it was in my safe place??? It was on next doors doorstep .3 adults were in my home plus dog who barks at door knocks! No attempt to deliver at correct address even though my house has name and not number like next door!

Site easy to access and navigate. Quick delivery ,although one aftershave bottle lid smashed to bits ,as I needed it for a 60th birthday present I did not return .
