Failed delivery, zero customer service.

Why am i not surprised at the other low ratings?

They failed to deliver my item twice now. The second time offered me a delivery window and i fully intended to be waiting outside for the full time to facilitate an easy delivery. However, half hour before the delivery window starts the tracking tells me delivery failed try again tomorrow. Not overly bad i suppose but whats really brought them this bad review is having to deal with their app which seems designed to discouarge people and it being impossible to speak to a human being.

I will attempt to be waiting again tomorrow during the newly promises delivery window but after that ill have to shop elsewhere and they can keep the parcel.

Really upset with DPD at this point

Really upset with DPD at this point. After a recent failed delivery i was wacthing the tracking app very carefully this time and planned to meet the driver outside. The app was displaying 21 of 30 and 15 minutes to me and then suddenly it says "sorry they missed me" A minute or two later im on the phone to DPD customer service where i am first told that "the driver refuses to come back" and then im told that "they cant verify what i saw on the tracking" so calling my honesty into question. I explained to DPD that as i do not own a mobile phone i am not able to collect my package from a pickup point and that i did not agree to have it sent there. They sent it there anyway and now its beyond my reach. I dont know what im supposed to do, i tryed to meet the driver but they sent incorrect tracking information, if the driver had taken but a minute or two to walk up the strairs then i would have my package. This has been an absolute failure to get the job done and is impacting upon somebodys business. Second time DPD has done this from the same shop and so i will have to consider carefully before i can use this business again. The fact is that you dont ever have problems like this with amazon deliverys cause they actually try to get the job done and set a standard for service that DPD falls woefully short of.

No longer interested in customer service.

Long time customer of blizzard, from way back in the day playing wow. Drawn back to the company upon release of new diablo 2 ressurected remaster. The company is knowingly holding incorrect data on my account that i have tryed to correct, specifically they claim i live in mexico despite every transaction om my account being linked to the uk going back a decade or more. Its so obvious that anybody with genuine intent to help would not have allowed this issue to spiral. Point blank refused to change my location, demanding household bills and "government IDs" and other nonsense that i am unable to provide. So i accepted this odd choice and invited them to contact me again if they wanted to change their mind. About 2 hours after my last contact i find that they have attempted to stop my debit card by making fraudulent and malicious claims to my bank. Thankfully my bank understands about customer service and this childish and spiteful parting shot failed to land. This is how i get treated for trying to purchase something in their shop. Steam doesnt treat me this way, amazon doesnt treat me this way, any number of small businesses online wont put their customers thru this, but blizzard... appears to me they are harvesting data and will be nasty about things when they cant get their own way. Im really offended about this, nobody in their right mind could say its acceptable to demand house hold bills to get acces to a computer game. My experience of blizzard is that they are customer hostile and trollish in their interactions. It would be wise to avoid sharing any kind of details with this company, less you end up getting treated like me.

Expect to have problems.

This company has a habit of advertising items that they do not keep in stock and then trying to hold on to your money. At this time they are refusing me a refund for an item that they do not have. They have tryed to push a different item on me which i have refused but a week later i still dont have my money back. Go and look at the google reviews for this company and you find that they do this to other people aswell. I cant see any situation wher ethey get to keep the money so all they are doing is causing me inconvenience and distress. For some reason the website doesnt link properly so i have written it here again for clarity.

Interestingly this companys website will not link to trust pilot.... the address is correct tho.

I would welcom a reply from this company should they wish to discuss this issue in an open forum.

Shockingly bad, completely unacceptable.

I took my case to MW solicitors a couple months back now. I went into the office and was told i would be contacted to take further details over the phone. A week passes and nothing, i make a few more visits to their office and i am assured everytime that they want my case and i would be contacted. Eventually i am contacted by phone and a rough outline of my case was taken, i explained that time was a factor in this and i was assured they would get back t me within a week. Days went past, turned into weeks and it became clear that they had completely wasted my time and would not be getting back. Worse than that i feel that they completely ruined any chance of me getting any satisfaction from my complaint. I cant understand why they would waste my time this way or how they can contiune to trade like this but i can only tell you to avoid these people. This is the last solicitor you want to use.

Just dont. If you do expect problems.

I have been trying to buy a mattress for over three weeks now from two different retailers. Panther logistis has made the experience painfull. I have spent days waiting in, listening to lies they have told the seller about when items are going to be delivered. Panther logostsis is utterly dishonest, contemptuous of the people who employ them and of the customers waiting for their items. This companay is the perfect example of a courrier that simply doesnt give a damn. My advice is that if you sell mattresses you should not use panther logistis and if you are a customer who sees these people advertised as the delivery meathod i would shop elsewhere if i was you.

A shop that refuses to sell. Very poor customer experience

It does not surprise me at all to find OFFICE shoe shop has one star reviews. Like others i have had problem buying shoes online. I made my first attempt a few days ago, got to the checkout and it refuses the payment card saying that a phone call to the bank is required. Ring the bank, they have no idea, suggest that it might have been an odd purchase and to try again. Second attempt card is refused again, bank contacted again, they still cant explain why but promised it would be fixed and to try again. Thrid attempt refused as before, so now i get onto office via facebook and ask them what is going on. Before they can explain the bank calls with an automated call that pre-authenitcated the payment and i was assured that it would now work... and it did, my order was accepted with email confirmation. I wait a couple of days and then i asked on facebook if there was any update. They havent been sent for reasons that are not exactly clear but some detail with the debit card used. W T F? i just want to buy some trainers and yet after making absolutly certain that the money went thru these clowns still refuse to sell to me. Personally i have to question if they are genuinely holding stock of these items or just like to waste peoples time, but the worst of it is that they wernt even going to tell me the order was refused. They were going let me sit here like a lemon waiting for those shoes all the while insinuating im somehow trying to commit fraud. Utter clowns. Would be better off paying a little more at a different shop.

Whats this?

So this email lands in my inbox, please review. I havnt purchased anything from this company in at least a few years. Its not that i mind the request its just that it came bearing details that i did not share with trust pilot. I did not give medical specialists permission to share my email or any other details with trust pilot. This is the kind of big brother cyber snooping that everybody could do without. I dont really care about medical specialists either way and would not even have wqritten this if it had not been for the breach of trust. Trust pilot is implicated here aswell. Now i have to wonder if medical specialists is the reason my inbox fills with spam.

Bought a maximus ranger mother board. Was given non working codes for my free doom promotion. As things stand both the shop i bought it from and asus/ROG are not ansering my emails and im looking to citzens advise to find out my rights. Its a real shame that a company like asus would actually behave like this. This is an issue that could have been fixed in 5 minutes and as i told the representative, asus could have come out of this looking like a company that cares instead of one that doesnt.

Good once....

I have been a long time shopper with sainsburys online deliverys. At first they gave a good service, food was delivered with a smile, but in the last year or so things have really gone down hill. Endless damaged shopping, squashed fruit and missing items, week after week. To be fair to sainsburys they always gave me a voucher if i complained. So today i go to do my shopping and for whatever reason the sainsburys site isnt working properly and wont recognise my account. After 3 trys it locks my account told the guy on the phone there was an issue with the site but i dont think it sunk in. I just cant be arsed to jump thru any more hoops with sainsburys and their "security" which is more display than actual substance if you ask me and sinse the card attatched to the account is a visa debit it makes these notions of security irrelevant anyway. If it pleases you, sainsburys, you keep my account locked. There is a tesco at the bottom of my road. BTW i still think you have a website issue thats preventing login.

New levels of incompetence

Second time in a week DPD didnt deliver.

Unfortunately im having to deal with DPD again because the seller chose to use them. After the previous failure and the vanishing of my package into thin air, the same driver has managed to screw up again. Fortunately he got a signature this time, so where ever it has been left at least somebody has taken responsability. It is a mystery to me how DPD can continue trading in this manner. DPD is a barrier to online shopping and a cause of customer dissatisfaction.

When i rang them i was told the driver would call me back by 2pm latest. Its 13:57 now, whats the chance they cant even be bothered to keep their word?

I shall update this review when i have more.

Edit: It is now 14:10 and unsurprisingly there has been no contact from DPD. They just dont care.

As bad as it gets

I recently ordered myself a nice new computer chair. I watched its tracking closely as it traveled across europe and was overjoyed to get my txt at 7am this morning telling me it was delivery day. At 10:11 am i get another text telling me that delivery will take place between 16:42 and 17:42, and so i wait. At 17:18 i get a text telling me that my parcel has been delivered and "left safely" whatever that means. I get straight onto the help line to ask whats going on, expecting a simple call to the driver to get my item but the driver "was not picking up this phone" and so a message was left. I called back about 18:30 to see if there had been any movement on this only to find that the driver had made no response to any messages that may have been left. All sounds highly suspect to me, apart from wasting my time waiting, where has my parcel gone? all i have been told is ask the sender to make a lost parcel claim, i mean really what kind of circus are you running here DPD? how is it that your drivers can hand out parcels to random addresses and then are mysterioulsy impossible to contact? who has my chair? is somebody sitting in my chair right now? What a joke. If it does turn up and it has been opened i will not accept it and you can carry it all the way back where it came from.

Edit: Hello Nathan and thankyou for the reply. Something i am having trouble understanding. If this has been sent to the wrong address, why was the driver not sent straight back out from the depot to get it back? Ok i accept what i have been told "he didnt pick up the phone" but surely this was his mistake and he would be eager to correct it even in his own time? Its now almost a day later and i dont have my package. I cant help feeling that if anybody really cared about this it would have been fixed an hour after i first contacted you. And why is the so called proof of delivery hidden behind a password on the tracking screen? I dont think any delivery attempt was even made.

Edit 2: 21/07/16 So hows that update coming Nathan? Eager to know the whereabouts of this chair.

Quite unhappy altho less so after update.

What should have been a 5 minute purchase has me waiting over 1.5 hours now. I have no interest in sharing my phone number or any other personal details with mmoga and no other online purchase would ask me to. The puchase was paid for via debit card that comes with its own layer of online security, on top of this the purchase was made via the third party payment option of skrill because mmoga makes it that way. Why then would i share any information at all with mmoga when i have already done so with skrill? Does mmoga asking me for this info somewhat go against the whole anonimous 3rd party payer anyway? Massive PITA just wanted my steam key so i could go play my game, didnt expect them to try and harvest my details.

Edit: ok just to update, now 3.5 hours after payment taken i still dont have my steam key and they no longer comunicate. In hindsight i wish i had not made this attempted purchase.

Edit: As a further update, finally after almost 24 hours of hassle that i didnt want, mmoga have decided to just hand over my steam key. If only i had gotten it yesterday this may well have been a 5 star review instead of my incredibly generous 3 stars.
