Scam Alert – Avoid Buying from Wolford!

I made an online purchase from Wolford 20 days ago for 1,350 kr (approximately €180). Despite the amount being fully withdrawn from my bank account, I never received an order confirmation via email. My order status on their website still shows "processing," and nothing has been delivered.

The worst part? Customer service is non-existent:

Phone number: Fake – calls don’t go through.
Emails: Automatically rejected, with responses stating they cannot reach the recipient.
There’s no way to contact them about the issue. I’m now reporting Wolford for fraud and will pursue a refund through my bank.

Save yourself the frustration and money—do not buy from Wolford!

I would put 0 stars if I could

I would put 0 stars if I could. I live in Denmark and ordered a unique one-of-a-kind white vintage bike from a shop in Germany with tracking. Never arrived after 25 days, tracking shows nothing.. Hard to accept that such a big and unique package can be lost. You can spot it within hundreds..Horrible customer service, not even willing to check, kept giving me different numbers to call in Denmark and in Germany. I have called every number that is on my tracking page, that is written there because they are supposed to be responsible for at least check and open a case. Seller has done the same & forwarded all communication to me. Every person that picks up the phone says "I don't know, I can't help you, I can't even open a case about it, here is another number you can call abroad.." Don't use DHL, no one is there to help, customer service simply does not exist. I truly never had such a bad experience in my life. And I can never find this bike again.

I ordered 2 dresses at 05/03 from this…

I ordered 2 dresses at 05/03 from this store , they sent me only 1 dress and have kept the money for both of them! I have contacted them 4 times by email the last week and they never reply.. This company does not even have a phone or livechat (which they say they do). What a complete fraud! Stay away if you don't want to lose your money like I did..

So sorry you only get an answer now, but I really want to handle your bad experience. If you want to send an e-mail with the subject field 'trustpilot' and your order no. so I know it should only be handled ASAP.

Let us solve your problem as soon as possible, and make sure you can get a really good experience with us again - I of course want to compensate for this service which is just not OK and which in no way lives up to our service level!

I totally agree with your criticism and hope we can find a solution.
