Great support from Andy

Had a great experience at Wickes today, thanks to Andy. I originally called out an “excuse me” to someone else for support and wasn’t acknowledged. Managed to get Andy’s attention Who kindly helped me lift lots of paving slabs onto the trolley came with me to pay and then helped me load them in to my car massive help, courteous and kind. Thank you Andy

Good Customer Service

After recently having problems making an order online I contacted PLT who tried there best to rectify the situation in a timely manner.
