Quick delivery, fabulous wallpaper when up on the walls. Ordered more as have previously used in the hall have now continued in the bedroom. Only thing was the natural wallpaper background was a lot darker than I have previously purchased. I do understand batches are made in thousands and may have different shades , but very noticeable. I realy wanted the more neutral tone. Still a lovey wallpaper pattern though. Quite wasteful due to pattern repeat and tears easily. On saying this I will still buy again for my living room in summer.

The call handler Dan was very helpful and so efficient, polite kind and courteous, didn’t rush me, sorted out my three things I rang for straight away. I cannot praise Octupus and staff high enough , so stress free and help at all times.

What a gem of a find, log cabin with hot tub and sauna, lovely views. Warm, clean, cosy, ohh so comfy bed. Fabulous hostess, and what lovely treats were left for us. I can not praise Pheasant Lodge and Adel enough. We are booking again for this year, as it was so fabulous.

Fabulous staff, Ian Parr, an absolutely gem, no pressure , extremely knowledgeable, helpful, easy to talk to, to find just what we wanted. Ian went out of his way for us to ask the manufacturer if we could have sweeping arms we preferred on couches we chose instead of high. Choice in Doorway to Value really wide, excellent quality furniture, up to date. Good value for high end furniture. You will not be disappointed with a visit here.
