I have had an ongoing claim on my Father's life insurance for nearly 5 months. They constantly want different documents or in a different format or different wording.
My Mother died 3 months after my Father and had an identical insurance claim and that was paid out within 3 weeks of her Death.
I have still not had any payout for my Fathers life insurance policy.
Huge inconsistency with requirements and painfully slow!

Pre-Order Paid for on 3rd September 2023, no goods received and no update given until I chased in:
December 2023
January 2024 = 4 emails sent then eventually told figure due in February
February 2024 - Ignored
March 2024 - Told due in July
July 2024 - Ignored
August 2024 - advised that goods expected on 23rd September and will be shipped by Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service.
October 2024 - Still nothing received.
Additional - After posting this review I was told I would receive a refund - that was over 2 weeks ago but I have yet to receive my money back. I have asked several times for the bank account details of where my refund was sent but have again received no reply.

We always try and use CPS if it is available. It takes the stress away from finding safe and secure parking. Driving up to the ship, unloading and being able to start our holiday straight away. We have never had any damage to our cars and there it is so convenient.
