I contacted Octopus to point out that the new colour coded bar graph on the Octopus mobile phone app was missing some charging periods, and also the same for my current bill, under Bills on the app. The agent Ahuzar, whom I spoke to, was very quick to understand the shortcomings of the way the information presented is now unclear for both Import and Export rates and has escalated this to the team. Very impressed with her knowledge and understanding today.

Easy to book an appointment online for my new EPC rating assessment, with price quoted upfront. Assessor arrived on time and assessment completed pretty quickly. New EPC certificate issued the following day and I was advised by email. You can then access your EPC online on the GOV.UK website and it's valid for 10 years. Very efficient service.

A really excellent service from Halo. Great communication and punctual arrival to both collect and return my car. Car returned looking really clean inside and out. Just one glitch: the chap taking my excess payment on Friday gave me the impression the car would be returned on Saturday. Waited in, but car returned on Monday, although once again communication and punctuality were as per emails and texts. Well done Halo.
